Hôtel Le Biarritz  

Room was big and quiet.

Located between two road, quality of spa is very poor, menu in the restorant- poor, service in the restorant and qualification of reception girls. Bar was almost always closed, navette that they announced - never saw. 3 stars without any significant points

Modern bathroom facility, good water pressure in shower The people who work there are nice, but there is no accountability or compensation if standard features of the hotel room are not operating, such as an air conditioner & fan. Maybe this is merely a cultural difference, but can make for an unpleasant experience.

We requested a quiet room, and they reassigned the room they reserved for us, placing us instead in an ocean view room. At first we were ok with this, then noticed it was very noisy, as was right above the hotel entrance. Also, the fan and air conditioner did not work the first night, and the hotel staff told us they could not fix it until the next day. We asked for compensation for the mechanical failure, and they told us there would be none. They would not even take off the price of a bottle of water, for which they charged 4 euros. If your are susceptible to mosquito bites, bring repellant, as we had to open the window to get circulation, and my husband received 24 mosquito bites while he was sleeping. It required ant-inflammatories for the rest of the trip & he was very uncomfortable. The ocean view is not worth any price as the water is not nearby and that side of the hotel is noisy. There are many hotels closer to the city center than Hotel Le Biarritz. You can take a bus from the train station to within a block of the hotel. The taxi ride is a rip off.

La habitación limpia y muy confortable.Un punto muy positivo es la posibilidad de acceso al spa,incluido en el precio de la habitación.Anque no se trata de un hotel céntrico,el paseo por la playa y calles de alrededor ofrece unas vistas increíbles.

Según la web, habí habitaciones orientadas a la playa y otras al puerto,pero no se veían ninguna de estas dos cosas desde la habtación

proximité plage, parking à côté et gratuit, prix accessible, souplesse dans les horaires, gardien de nuit qui ouvre rapidement la porte, sympathie des hôtesses d’accueil.

Tres bon accueil. De plus ravi de pouvoir profiter gratuitement du spa

Le calme (malgré un mariage dans l'hôtel, aucun bruit le soir et la nuit), le parking, l'accueil très sympathique, la propreté, la proximité de Biarritz et de l'Espagne

Cher pour la prestation chambre petite,assez déçu

Difficulté d'avoir du room-service (il faut aller choisir au restaurant). Petit-déjeuner cher pour le choix proposé.

Personnel désagréable+++ surtout a l'arrivée 3 chaînes de télévision et surtout la vue sur patio= vue sur la station essence Leclerc

Hôtel pas trop grand, très calme et le personnel très présent.

Pour le prix 145 Euro/nuit, le petit déjeuner aurait du être compris dans le prix. En plus pour 1 croissant, un café filtre et un jus d'orange 12 euros c'est un peu exagéré!
