Arcantis Hôtel Le Bristol

I liked the atmosphere at the hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Having a garage to park was a definite plus. We enjoyed the quiet peaceful ambience and the view of the Canal du Midi.

Access to the hotel proved very difficult by car because of the complicated one way street system in Carcassonne. Once there however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and the evening meal.

The Hotel was superbly placed only 100 metres from the train station and Canal and right in the heart of town

I liked the proximatey to the Cite and ground transportation and restaurants.

There was no handicap accessible entrance to the hotel. A suggestion for increased safety in the bathroom would be something to reduce the slippery surface in the tub.

Good location and nice views, shame about the tramps and school kids that hung around outside. The staff were very helpful and redeemed the hotel.

The room was very basic and could do with redecorating. There was mould on the walls. A kettle would have a tea cups would have been nice
