The room was modern and spacious with a very smart bathroom. Staff were able to speak English and were helpful and efficient. The bed was large and very comfortable. It was only a five minute walk down to the harbour area with shops and restaurants.

Great location on the Island. A superb place to bike along the shore to adjoining towns. The walk to enjoy Saint Martin, its sights restaurants and shopping, was only a few minutes. The hotel was excellent in all ways. A great choice for this area. Annoyed that the staff did not get the AC to operate even after two requests, but not a big problem as the evenings were cool.

It is real luxury with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are extremely comfortable and have everyhing you would expect.The centre of St Martin is just around the corner with its' huge choce of shops and restaurants.

A well situated hotel within easy walking distance of the town. Very welcoming and friendly staff. There are two decent sized heated outdoor swimming pools, one of which is out of bounds to young children.

Nothing it was quite a disappointment The so called suite had a scruffy table & 2 equally scruffy chairs & a bed, but with both French windows looking down alleyways it wasnt a view we had expected. The value was terrible at 460 euros per night, and the bar closed at 8pm. It wasn't even located in a particularly nice area with a good walk into the main part of St Martin de Re

Excellent service, beautifully-maintained hotel, pools and gardens, very comfortable and only a few minutes pretty walk from the port and restaurants; secure parking. Lighting in the bedroom was discreet, attractive, but NOT sufficient to read comfortably!

This is a fabulous facility and that is true both for the physical layout as well as the extremely accommodating staff. It is very easy to get into the town of St. Martin de Re, but away from the congestion in city center. We would stay there again without any hesitation.

L'hotel est très bien situé, à 3 minutes du port à pied. Le personnel est chalereux et toujours prêt à répondre à tous nos besoins et à donner des conseils de visite. Nous avons été sur-classés dans une suite au bord de la piscine, un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait sur le lit. Nous reviendrons surement. les 13€ du parking qui compte tenu du prix des chambres pourraient être offerts.

Hotel magnifique, l'accueil est vraiment de grande qualité, l'équipe vraiment a l'écoute. Les chambres sont sublimes. Nous avons même été surclassé, et nous sommes vraiment ravis. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans cet établissement lors de notre prochain séjour a l'île de ré.

l'excellent accueil et la situation exceptionnelle à quelques pas des restaurants et du port. la décoration est raffinée, les chambres sont très confortables. tout est très soigné. de plus des vélos sont à disposition. le spa ferme un peu tôt, 19h.

La gentillesse du personnel, malade la jeune fille m'a préparé une tisane d'enfer..... Acceuil très chaleureux, avec savon, caramels ... offerts. Hôtel très propre, très calme, bref rien à redire. Du pur bonheur....

La situation de l'hôtel est idéale, l'accueil très agréable, le personnel à l'écoute et attentif. L'environnement est très agréable. Le parking est étroit, situé juste à l'entrée de l'hôtel, ils font du surbooking!!! L'odeur de la fumée de la cheminée est désagréable à l'accueil et lorsque le plafond est bas, la fumée envahie directement les chambres. Pas terrible...Les chambres standard ainsi que les salles de bain ne sont à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel: équipements moyens, salle de bain étroite, baignoire petite....

- das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen - das Haus bietet mit 2 x Pool , mit Zimmern in ruhigen Farben , mit sehr vielen angenehmen Sitzmöglichkeiten(am Pool, in der Lounge , im Garten , in der Bibliothek ) viele Möglichkeiten der Entspannung - der Sercive an der Reception kann fliessend englisch - sehr gute Fahrräder - man kann im Hof parken- ist aber auch ein Muss - zwischen Reception und Zimmertrakt pustet recht laut eine Klimaanlage ( auch während der gesamten Nacht), die dort liegenden Zimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen !!! in dieser Preiskategorie

- Proximité du centre de Saint-Martin-de-Ré - Mauvais rapport qualité-prix, chambre sans PdJ à 180€/nuit - PdJ bien mais ne vaut pas les 19€50/pers - Vélo en location à 14€/j/pers.. pourrait être gratuit pour une heure ou deux.. - Salle de bain peu pratique - Chambre pas très grande - Odeur de vinaigre dans les parties communes - Parking très exigu - Niveau de finition, déco et sens du détail pas au niveau
