The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant indeed, this is our second time with them and we will do it again! I stayed with my mother who is almost 80 years old and she adored the place and the staff! Thank you Danielle Champness

Hôtel Le Fer à Cheval's nice enough to spend time in Trouville-sur-Mer. It's not far from beach and casino. Approximately 300 m. River quay and "Monoprix" within 100 m range. A lot of good Restaurant/Café nearby. parking

La situation géographique L'accueil sympa Me rendre compte que je suis dans une chambre au rez de chaussée sur rue donnant sur l'arrière de la réception. Donc bruits de la rue plus tous les bruits de la réception. Le soir, l'anniversaire du père était fêté donc bruits, rires, aboiement de chien plus les clients qui reviennent, plus le téléphone qui sonne....... Mettre la sonnerie du téléphone un peu moins fort serait une idée, un capitonnage ou une isolation de la porte de la chambre donnant sur le hall une autre idée, mettre un revêtement dans le hall d'accueil rendrait celui ci moins froid et diminuerait probablement l'accoustique. J'ai été cependant sensible que l'on me fasse une ristourne sur les deux nuits passées au Fer à Cheval

Etablissement entièrement refait. Décor soigné et design. Très propre. Excellent accueil, personnel très disponible et serviable. Hôtel bien situé, tout près de la plage. Un peu bruyant le matin à partir de 8 heures (ménage)
