Quiet location. Enjoyed breakfast sitting outside. The staff were very helpful re where to go etc We asked for a non smoking room but on arrival our room smelt of cigarette smoke. We solved this by leaving window open. |

La propreté de l'hotel, le confort, le personnel à votre service, le calme et les petits déjeuners copieux. Rien. Sauf les infos tarifs qui ne sont pas complet sur internet car on pouvait choisir les chambres côté jardin ou côté rue qui ne sont pas mentionnés (beaucoup moins chére que côté jardin) nous ne l'avons su qu'une fois arrivé à l'hotel. Dommage. |

Hotel très confortable, personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner copieux. A proximité du lac et de la ville. Situé dans un endroit calme. Le bar ferme à 22 heures dommage. L'appareil de ventilation du chauffage de la chambre émettait un petit cliquetis. Malgré tout j'ai bien dormi mais mon mari moins bien. |

Hôtel impeccable, facilité d'Accès vers tous les points d'Annecy. Chambre tb, avec une très jolie vue sur le lac (j'avais demandé ce point). Personnel souriant, agréable, à l'écoute. Très jolie décoration intérieure. Parking privé de l'hôtel. Attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Mais il n'y a que deux étages ... |
