- La situación céntrica del hotel 1- Poca limpieza en la habitación. Lamparones en la manta y sábanas y el cabezal de la cama (que eran cojines) 2- Desayuno excesivamente caro para lo que ofrece. Ej: café y croissant-8€. 3-No reposición del papel higiénico (tuvimos que llamar) 4- Puerta de entrada cerrada en varias ocasiones, incluso de día, teniendo que esperar minutos tras tocar el timbre 4-Baño muy pequeño, propio de una roulot |

The friendliness of the staff, the lovely bathroom and comfortable bed, convenience of the position for exploring Nice. Cramped conditions for taking breakfast, lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom. |

It was convenient for city centre, shopping, and beach promenade. Just 10 minutes walk from the station. Staff were friendly. They upgraded our room which made the stay much more enjoyable. Furnishings and decor seemed a bit dated. A few sharp edges on metal tables etc for our toddler to possibly hit her head on. |

The staff on reception couldnt have been more helpful, the room had a lot of character and location was excellent to get the real feel of nice. We loved Le Grimaldi it was better than I expected. I did a lot of researching on trip advisor and cannot understand how anyone could have any complaints |

Staff were very friendly. Room was small with very little storage space, but the bathroom was lovely. It's in a very convenient situation for the old town, the promenade and the station. The breakfast is very expensive at 15 euros per person, but a small buffet in the reception area. |
