The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was grand
Room was basic and the bath was small
The friendliness of the staff, room was very clean and had a fantastic view over Nice, large bathroom with walk-in shower, good breakfast.
Breakfast room was a bit cramped
Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable.
My only criticism is that I eft my phone charger in my room. I telephoned the next day, offered to pay any mail charge, but the hotel staff have not got back in touch. That is despite me leaving a generous tip for the chambermaids. :-((
The bed was comfy and we had good sleep. Continental breakfast is fresh.
Price of Breakfast
Reception staff were exceptional. Bravo Charles-Antoine! Room was large and bathroom enormous. Nice when spending more than 2-3 days in a hotel. Location is great
Carpet and furnishings were in need of upgrade. Breakfast price was a bit steep but thus seems to be the case in every French hotel.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff.
The superior room we stayed in was a reasonable size and clean. Hotel was well situated for restaurants, railway station and front. Day Staff very helpful and friendly but night porter less so. WiFi excellent and the best of any hotel we have stayed in. Friendly boulangerie two blocks away selling delicious pain au chocolate, croissants, fresh jus d'orange and coffee for less than 10 euros for two.
We did not breakfast here as the it seemed expensive at 15 euros a head. Air conditioning did not work. Could have been a real problem in July and August. Lift broke down. Bath was very narrow and difficult to lie down in.
Friendly staff with good knowledge of tourist attractions
Shower could need an upgrade
Staff, location, comfortable bed,
classic room very small room no amenities like coffee maker cracked wash basin cracked toilet pedastal nonfunctioning hair dryer
Breakfast extremely expensive
Near the beach, helpful staff(Sara), busy and beautiful city. Very close to Monte-Carlo and Eze.
The doublebed is uncomfortable, and it is separated from the other. The matress and the pillow was very hard, i couldn't sleep on it. The street is very noisy.
the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. the reception area was very comfortable and relaxing.
there was no tea or coffee making facilities in room. the room was quite small for a four star hotel. more modern electrical fixtures are required in the bedrooms. we would expect better options in American breakfast such as mushrooms bacon sausages.
Friendly hotel staffs. Good location
wifi services during our stay was offlined a whole day.
Everything. Have stayed there before and will certainly return. I can highly reccomend this Hotel to anyone traveling to Nice.
Many high cost items have been replaced such as mattresses and roof. However, now is time for painting rooms and replacing upolstery of furniture. However, incredible stay & the MOST accomdating staff anywhere.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The showers were very badly designed ....water poured out onto the floor and then out onto the carpet causing the room to smell damp.
Great location in Nice - quiet but close to the old city. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Rooms are rather old fashioned and the public spaces are rather dark and dingy. It's the sort of hotel that encourages you to go out rather than stay in it and doesn't fit with my expectations for a boutique hotel. Car park is a public car park around the corner.
Great location good value for money refereed rooms a good view of gardens
A very friendly hotel with helpful staff. Location was acceptable.
A fresh bottle of water each day in the room would have been an easy and welcome touch.
Service, location and quality of facility was excellent value. Parking is around the block but easy to get to and not challenging to get in and out of. Hotel has a lift, rooms were really quite large for two or three people, clean with showers and plenty of hot water!
We had no issues and everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
Location Service Staff
Nothing at all
BBC world!!!!! only uk channel
the most awful and worst hotel ever… we left ... didn't stay there.
there was nothing in this hotel that was good.. dingy small hotel ..tiny rooms.. bedroom wardrobe space only for two items of clothing.. definitely not a Four Star .. not even a Two Star……… Booking.com should take this hotel off their list…its FALSE advertising.
Excellent location close to everything
some noise between rooms
Room very small. First two days wifi did not work at all. Afterwards it eas still very hard ti get it working
