Hotel vicino al centro Hotel sporco abbiamo trovato macchie di sangue sulle coperte, sanitari bagno rotti! Non e' certo un 4 stelle.alle nostre lamentele il personale ha risposto di non lamentarci tanto siamo italiani quindi questo e' normale in Italia. Denunciato all'ente turismo nizza mai piu' |

the character of the hotel, and the location. Beds were uncomfortable, and there was a smell of cat pee in the lobby, (apparently there is a plant that smells like that) |

We liked staying here as the hotel was so central for road, train and bus links. The hotel was very welcoming, nothing was a problem, a credit to the staff. We thought that the room we stayed in was very noisy due to external air conditioning units,( 4 just below the window), and kitchen noise which was just below are window also. We stayed in room 26. The handle always came off the main bedroom door, bath plug did not work and the toilet was cracked. Not 4 star maintenance. These are just minor problems and did not spoil are 5 days. |

The friendly and efficient welcome on arrival; the spaciousness, lightness and furnishings of the superior room; the charming view from our 6th floor room; the absolute luxury of the bathroom; the lovely breakfast - everything was wonderful and more than we expected The breakfast was perhaps a little expensive? |

Very pleasant staff. I really felt welcome. Nice room and bath. Nice that wc and bath separate. Lovely breakfast. Felt safe since the doors were closed to the street. |

nice location, clean room with facilities, and very nice bathroom. Parking is near the hotel, but is public (18€/day), so if you use the car, you have to pay each time, and it is more than 18€/day. |

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the service excellent, the location was very nice--close to restaurants, shops and the beach, with a lovely view. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was very large, with double sinks and a large vanity. The shower had a bit of a mildew problem, which can easily be corrected. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, clean and quiet room. Good location. Near the beach and shops (old town is about 15-20 min by foot away) but there are other restaurants and many shops closer by. Could not get internet access on our laptop but staff did their best to assist any way. Big bottle of Evian water in the mini bar was free of charge, which was welcomed after a long day on the road. Would highly recommend this hotel. |

Location very good - near the beach and Nice old and new towns - 10 min walk to railway station. Staff were welcoming and helpful and ready to suggest restaurants etc. While the room was generally clean and nicely decorated it could do with a touch up to the paintwork and a clean up of the dead mosquitos on the walls and ceiling - to which I had to add to a number of times. While I know that mosquitos are a problem in Nice, there did seem to be a lot of them in the court yard at the back of the hotel. |

The friendliness of the staff, the lovely bathroom and comfortable bed, convenience of the position for exploring Nice. Cramped conditions for taking breakfast, lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom. |

It was convenient for city centre, shopping, and beach promenade. Just 10 minutes walk from the station. Staff were friendly. They upgraded our room which made the stay much more enjoyable. Furnishings and decor seemed a bit dated. A few sharp edges on metal tables etc for our toddler to possibly hit her head on. |
