hotel lobby and food was great . no elevator, they are in the mist of renovations . The rooms ; carpet walls etc need renovations. It was clean and we had no major issues.Tnot walk outside stone wall that surrounds hotel. We got the impression they was a lot of crime. |

All the staff were very helpful - we enjoyed our stay. The Hotel is not really walking distance (at least 30 minutes) from the city centre however there is a bus stop just outside the hotel and the buses run to time. We loved the pool and garden area. |

Nice hotel, a little away from the town centre, but still walkable Did not replenish toilet rolls, cups as generously as they should. However all resources were afailable on request. |

The staff were helpful . The breakfast room/restaurant was pleasant and in a good setting. Meals were very satisfactory Our overriding problem was the terrible drain smell that came from the bathroom and permeated the bedroom even when the adjoining door was closed. It spoilt our stay which actually was only two days. One of the beds was not that comfortable. Overall the hotel is a bit stark from the outside.Inside the foyer area was fine although the rooms are small and uninspiring. In my opinion this hotel is more suited for a short business stop over rather than any vacation stopover. It was quite far from the Centre of Avignon but hotel choice in July was very limited. Not a brilliant advert for a Best Western |

Friendly greeting and very helpful staff. Useful bus connection near hotel to take us into the city. Cramped room. The hotel is too far from the old town and has no interesting areas to walk to. |

Hotel Staff was really very good. We especially appreciated the food. dinner was excellent. The hotel room was far too small for 2 adults and 1 baby. |

Parkplatz, Reception sowie Essraum sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Frühstücksbuffet gut. Gänge in die Zimmer sowie Treppenhaus wirkt und riecht etwas muffig. Zimmer i.O. Man erwartet wegen dem modernen Design im Eingangsbereich mehr von den Zimmern. Die muffigen Teppiche im Treppenhaus und den Fluren. |

Es tranquilo y está relativamente cerca del centro de Avignon (si vas en coche) Tiene mejor apariencia por fuera que por dentro. Las zonas comunes también tienen mejor imagen que las habitaciones. El baño es pequeño. |

le personnel toujours à la disposition des clients pour satisfaire leurs désirs. la chambre donnant sur le parking alors que nous avions une chambre prévue à l'avant, donnant sur le jardin sur notre réservation. Après avoir fait la remarque au moment de notre arrivée, ils n'en ont pas tenu compte et nous ont laissés dans cette chambre. |
