The terrace and swimming pool area was excellent.

Room was a bit small

Too far from the center

Staff ,food,hotel. We had to leave at 6.30am, they insisted on someone coming in at 6am to do breakfast for us. A little gem of an hotel.

Clean, Modern, Peaceful. Good service from Yann and Anais throughout. Nice design and effective use of lighting. Beautiful garden with pool. Out of town location south of City Centre ( 2 kms. ) but walkable. No.2 Bus from outside hotel every 15 mins. No. 14 bus outside hotel links diret to tgv station. Good location for visiting and relaxing

Tea Coffee making facility rather spoilt by use of cardboard cups changed daily. 3 star hotel please use china. Food & Drink at hotel is on the pricey side.

the tea/coffe making facilities in the room were poor evapourated milk,herbal tea and paper cups not good. At Easter looked like would take a couple of weeks to clean out the swimming pool

There's a lady receptionist the only one who speaks good english that will tell you everything about the city, what to visit, and how to go there, she's very nice. Rooms are good and quiet. Good breakfast!

This hotel is not very near from the center. If you have a car is ok! Dinner's menu is poor!

It is well located and is currently under major renovation. In sayingthis we were not aware of any undue noise as staff were careful to ensure this as far as possible. The new rooms are very well appointed and are the outside areas and foyer, restaurant and other public areas. The renovations are quite modern, but quite lovely. When they are finished it will be quite chic. The rooms are not large but quite well appointed with tea and coffee making facilities.The rooms also have small fridges which could also be stocked with mini bar items? The staff were quite friendly in the main, a few more smiles would not go astray. On the right track!

The hotel does have some issues..breakfast overpriced at 14 euros In the rooms they should provide proper cups or mugs and spoons and perhaps biscuits. Cardboard cups are not acceptable in a hotel of this quality neither are flimsy plastic glasses in the bathroom. Little things that could be addressed easily!!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Provided us with tourist map, recommendations and advice for the area. They warned us they were renovating the hotel so it would get noisy and upgraded us to a superior room. Room was clean, spacious and clean. Very modern furnishings, comfy bedding and large bathroom. Complimentary tea/coffee facilities daily, free toiletries daily. Lots of free private parking off the street around the hotel. As we travelled by car it was very quick (5 minutes) to drive into main tourist attractions. Free wifi in rooms, very good speed Internet. Nice hotel pool and restaurant area.

Restaurant was overpriced for the meal quality. Breakfast buffet choice was good but still quite pricey.

The room was great. Spacious and clean. The breakfast was also very nice. The waiter at dinner was very helpful in explaining the menu in english.

Dinner in the restaurant was mixed; The fish dish was disappointing.

Hotel is in a nice location, although we did not get the best greeting and had to carry our luggage up the stairs, it is a nice place to spend a couple of days/nights and enjoy Avignon. Take a taxi into Avignon and explore, its stunning and full of so much history. Amazing places to eat. The hotel on the whole was not bad. It did have its good and bad points, but we have stayed in alot worse.

No lift (be prepared to carry your own luggage up the stairs) Tiny Room (superior twin) not big enough for two people, let alone two people with two suitcases Not a very friendly greeting when we arrived. Took awhile for the guy to come to reception, as there was no one there when we arrived, had to ring a bell. We felt that we were disturbing him. Wasn't given much information, we heard later one of the ladies greeting other guests, and she was great, they got all the info on the hotel etc. The curtains do not shut out all the light The pool was closed on our second day due to being to windy outside, was a bit annoyed, as we are paying for the pool facility First night our meals were mixed up (steaks). There is a window between the sleeping area and the bathroom (kind of strange), there is a switch in the bathroom, which closes the blind that is on the window.

All the rooms were fantastic but the bathroom was exceptional. The restaurant was very good and the menu worth reading as it had a varied selection.

If one was staying to see Medieval Avignon you would need to travel there by car or taxi.

Hotel staff is the most what I like this hotel. She provided me very clear info how to enter the Old town and where parking conviniently. Hotel is very good for travller with car.

Woken up at 7:30am by construction workers. Hotel taxi ride (£10 approx) from town centre and not much else in the location. Also only serves breakfast & dinner at weekends - no snacks or lunch.

Good location if you come with car, easy to get in and out of the city. Free parking. Swimming pool is a nice feature.

A great location for viewing the city of Avignon (10 mins in car ) a lovely setting for just lying by the pool . Nice rooms and great staff Breakfast was good

Hot water problems with shower at peak times

Staff was helpfull and the restaurant was good. The room I had on the ground floor was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and location was ok, not too far from the old town by car and not too far from Avignon TGV station

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced. Our room was a "queen executive", which gave us a king sized bed and a lovely patio.

The breakfast is rather limited. They should look to add some hot choices. Be aware that the hotel is undergoing major renovation.
