Good central location, off main street so resonably quiet, easy to walk to well known tourist attractions. Rooms are small by American/Australain standards but that is the case in Europe unless you select a luxury 5 stat hotel There was some difficulty with understanding English by staff - only one was able to converse in English. I did not occupy the minimum rate room but saw one being refurbuished and very small with tiny bathroom. |

The location was supremely central--walkable to train, regional bus, and museum bus transport. Though listing printed acceptance of American Express in booking, the desk clerk insisted on Visa. No elevator to upper floors was problem for these old legs. The rooms seemed worn, and street people spoke loudly 'til past midnight. |

the owner was very friendly and helpful. Although the bathroom was small, it was a big plus since it was new, modern and very clean. The location was very good as well, next to the centre and the streets not to noisy at night The breakfast was a bit limited in choice and only a few things fresh (coffee and bread) but it didnt bother us to much since we read not to expect a big breakfast. |

Compared to other hotels, Lepante is not too expensive. It is close to shopping and is recently renovated. Our room was not vacuumed every day. |

The hotel was in a good location, in city centre, near train station and Old town, about 300 yards from beach. Room was good, could do with a lick of paint, but still ok, nice balcony and lovely bathroon with corner bath. Staff very friendly. Supermarket next door. |

The hotel was a great base for exploring Nice and beyond. The facilities met all our needs for our stay. The safe in the room along with the air conditioning was a definite plus point. The bed wasn't very comfortable as the mattress was very lumpy but we got use to it after a couple of nights. |

This was a centrally located comfortable Two Star hotel, a few hundreds yards from the Main Street. Plenty of (sllightly pricey) restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc. nearby. Free Fast WiFi also. Luggage storage wasn't very secure, variation in room sizes (triples were spacious, doubles okay) |

The Lepante is well located in the centre of Nice within easy walking distance of the old town and other points of interest. The rooms (well sounproofed at the front on to the busy Rue Lepante) are adequately furnished and the breakfast sufficient but uninspiring. Free wi-fi an advantage and staff very helpful. |

Our room had good spacious bathroom and very nicely decorated. Fairly good location, 10min walk from train station and main plaza/beach. the price was abit on the high side compared to other cities but for Nice it was normal! |

Near bus station(facility to Monaco), not so far from the beach, a supermarket is very close The staff is kindly, but not so responsable, cause we stay there for 2 nights, at the next morning, when we were hurried to catch the bus to Monaco, they ask us to change to another room immediately (but the first night when we checked-in, they didn't mention it), we have to go back to room to pack all our things and miss the most important program in Monaco. |

I liked the location of the hotel in the city - easy walk to restaurants and waterfront. I also liked the security code to the main door of the hotel. I felt very safe on the nights that we came in late. The room was smaller than I was expecting, and the room felt humid, even after turning on the air conditioning. |

Set in the heart of Nice, close to Place Masséna (a famous square), Avenue Jean Médecin, the old town and the beaches, the hotel is pleasant and comfortable. |
