A well preserved hotel on quiet town square with amazing gardins and castles and scenery and little streets and bakeries beside it. A jewel for those who wish to escape the mainstream tourist madhouse. Xo

Liked the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. It's a good location. No problem taking our two dogs, a labrador and a Tibetan Terrier with us in the room. We'll stay there again. Excellent breakfast. Needs a bit of decoration but i wouldnt let this put me off.

It provided very comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable rate and was the perfect start for our car journey around that corner of Normandy and continuing on to Brittany. Very pleasant staff.

We were only stopping overnight but we we very satisfied with our stay at the Citotel Le Patton. We were warmly greeted and there was no problem with our booking and accommodation. We were a large party of 10 adults and two young children and an additional cot was provided on request. We booked the optional breakfast which was more than adequate. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for budget priced accommodation in the Avranches area.

A small and friendly hotel with character in Avranches - easy walking distance of town centre with good restaurants nearby. Free carpark. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent price and a great stop off on our journey south. Convenient for visiting Mont St Michel by car. It's an old building and decor was a bit tired.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. She also spoke English for us when we did not understand something in French. The location was perfect for visiting the town on foot. Our room was nice and large for our family of four. The walls were a little thin but the proprietor was quick to request that our noisy neighbours quiet down. The decor was a little worn and tired.

The owner of the hotel was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Breakfast was great, and our hotel room was very nice for our family. I liked the quaintness of the hotel and the cozy atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was not having a shower in our room - instead we had a bathtub with a shower attachment.

Very helpful staff. Very clean and neat family room. Excellent free parking. Excellent value for money. We had a family room (2 adults & two kids). Highly recommended. A hairdryer would have been helpful. Maybe there was one, and we just did not ask for it.

The main reason for choosing this hotel was the family room availability. The bonus was that it was a lovely hotel with great staff. Free on-site parking. Bath in ensuite was excellent as we have small children who don't like showers. Good breakfast and reasonable price. Overall excellent, would stay there again and would recommend.

“This is a smallish hotel with generous sized rooms, bigger than any we have stayed in while driving through France. It is situated in a small, very attractive village only 20 minutes drive from mount St Michel and 6 minutes from Avranches. It has a lovely garden and is very peaceful, even during the day. The restaurant is without a doubt one of the best I have ever experienced. The owner chef is very talented. And the prices are very reasonable.
