Freindly service and good location - also great staff had good English as my french is very poor. Air conditioning was diffiuclt to control and was noisy.

Simple tourist class with a very small pool but very charming, quiet and convenient location only 200 meters from where it all happens. Very friendly staff with a high sense of service and intimate reception. my children (two 17 year old girls) felt very comfortable. Staff and owners urged on what we wanted to see and how we felt. Excellent parking next to the hotel. Extra bed and double bed was perhaps a bit too simple, good ventilation with ac. Personal service with breakfast served for 9 Euros or take yourself for 14 euros. I will definitely come here again for any reason Okay okay one complain....The tourist office on the Riviera should be invited to the hotel to upgrade the brochure rack

Beautiful and authentic French hotel with helpful staff, lovely grounds, charming interior, and relaxing, clean pool area and jacuzzi Convenient location to shops, restaurants and beach but on a peaceful street - only a minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Juan les Pins Breakfast was worth the money Garden patio was idyllic

Cossu et dun niveau superieur car la chambre etait a un prix inferieur compte tenu de la resa par booking c est un 3 etoiles et tout s en ressent il est un perdu dans le quartier et il faut vraiment le trouver le parking est de 7 euros et l ete les places seront limitees le petit dejeuner est 3cher3 / 11 euros mais il correspond au standing de l hotel qui dispose au printemps dune pisicine exterieure et le cadre et sympa et convivial qd on connait

L'emplacement, le calme (mais hors saison) la gentillesse du personnel, la vue sur la piscine de ma chambre. Un peu trop vieillot même si cela ne manquait pas de charme. Mais certaines odeurs d'égout ou de renfermé traînent dans les couloirs d'accès aux chambres et/ou dans les salles de bain .

La prima colazione continentale particolarmente ricca. Estrema chiarezza nella fatturazione del conto. Arredamenti curati. Dimensioni camera (superior) e bagno minuscole. Lo scarico dell'acqua nel lavandino otturato. Piscina: definizione ambiziosa! Le foto e descrizioni di presentazione non sono veritiere. Sembra tutto più ampio di quanto non sia.

Accueil et site charmant, bien centré, piscine, parking. Un endroit ou il fait bon se trouver en plein centre de Juan-les-Pins. L'idéal pour un couple qui cherche animation et ambiance "provencale" en même temps.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel au coeur de Juan les Pins soit à 1 minute à pied de tous les magasins, restaurants ainsi que les plages. Mais également avec le retrait nécessaire pour être au calme la nuit. Le personnel est très agréable, super accueillant, et le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Le parking de l'hôtel est payant, c'est dommage.

Idealement situé proche des plages et activités nocturnes, tout en étant au calme et sans bruit. Le parking privé (10 Euros par jour) est pratique. Personnel sympathique. Le propriétaire serait avisé de rafraichir un peu l'établissement, surtout les vieux tapis. La terrasse est sympa mais il faut compter 10 piqures de moustiques par petit-déjeuner. Wifi est certes gratuit... Mais ne fonctionne que sporadiquement (en tout cas au 3e étage).

Een hotel uit de oude doos maar met een goed ontbijt en een gezellig buiten terras. Het zwembad is van het formaat pierenbadje en binnen is alles behoorlijk oud en klein. Geen moderne gemakken, kleine badkamer, geen lift.
