Assistance before we arrived with transfers etc was good and helpful. Being a small hotel gave the chance to have the pool all to ourselves on occasion/ Having paid extra cost for a studio appartment including a kitchen, it was disappointing to find the minimal extra facilities actually in place. Reception was immediately next to our room and each morning one staff member spoke very loudly to the others - at 7.30am together with regular phones ringing, this was very annoying. We also paid for an outside space with table and chairs which was dirty and overgrown. |

The hotel is less than 50mtres from the hustle and bustle of Juin Les Pins, yet it has the peace and tranquility for a relaxing holiday, especially in the garden and by the pool - wonderful, especially when compared with the central hotels. We went with our two teenage daughters who loved the hustle and bustle, shops bars etc. We could escape to the hotel's peace and quiet! The breakfast is 14 euros each per day, which is fine if you eat that of a giant. However, it is extremely pricey for 4 people ie 56 euros per day, if you eat healthier and just have a croissant and a piece of fruit!! Would be better if the breakfast was actually menued and priced to what you actually ate. You can of course choose to eat breakfast in the town, but actually, the cost of a croissant and a coffee in a cafe/restaurant is as expensive! |

Very central position to my meeting venue, beach and shops, staff helpful One disadvantage our room was on the 3rd floor and as the hotel had no elevator the climb to the room was a bit of a treck . Both my wife and I had no [problem with the climb, however others in poor health would experence stress. |

Perfect location. Very close to beach and city center. Very friendly personal. We occupied the family room and had a personal part in the garden. |

code to unlock gate to premises and building was good. I was delighted at the atmosphere of trust you have when all the room keys were just left there on the counter, each available for its owner, and none to be used by anyone except the owner. |

the staff was helpful the hotel is in poor shape. from the beds to the doors. walls were dirty. shower didn't work well. furniture looks like it came from goodwill. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. not a good value. |

Helpful, friendly staff. Ideal location to walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Clean and comfortable. Car park very small and not ideal for large vehicles. Restricted access. |

Typical French Hotel, Nice Decor, Period Furniture. Staff very Friendly and Helpfull. Very quite Area. A Little hard to locate, as it was at the top Of A side Street. The Toilet in The Bathroom Was Very Noisey When Flushed. As it Was Assisted By Way Of A Electrical Pump. |

Su ubicacion, jardin En las fotos sale mucho más bonito, que es en realidad. Es viejo, sin ascensor,mobilario descuidado, lleno de polvo, baño cutre y oscuro. Es caro por lo que es. |

Su ubicación centrica a dos pasos del centro de la ciudad pero a la vez alejada del bullicio nocturno lo convierten en un hotel muy agradable y relajante. La practica imposibilidad de viajar con gente mayor debido a la falta de ascensor. |

La décoration de la chambre, le lieu de cet hotel on a l impression d'être tres loin de tout mais a 2mn a pied du centre, des commerces, de la plage, des lieux où l'on s'amuse. Le cadre de l hotel un peu vieillot mais plein de charme. Personnel attentif. L'hotel est tres bruyant, l'insonorisation n 'existe pas du tout ce qui fait que pratiquement vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d'a côté.... Et nous c'était une famille avec un bébé et le dimanche matin a 6h30 debout !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Petit déj honorable sans plus pour le prix parking un peu cher mais on est a juan les pins...!!! |

Att vi fastnade just för detta hotell var bilderna vi såg vilket vi förknippade med ett genuint Franskt hotell.Inte så stort och lite familjärt.Nära till bad och god mat. |

L'hotel est très bien situé proche commerces et plages. Le jardin est plutôt agréable. Je ne me prononce pas sur les chambres de l'hotel car j'étais dans la "villa". L'insonorisation est totalement absente, vous pouvez suivre la conversation de la chambre d'à coté. Pour le repos c'est un peu raté l'enlèvement des ordures se fait le matin à 7h30 sous les fenêtres de la chambre.La chambre était minuscule même pour une personne seule. Le ménage laisse à désirer. |
