Logis Le Puits Doré  

Richelieu is a very interestibng place, historically and is well worth a visit.

We did not like having to carry our luggage up 44 winding steps, but it was worth it for the view of the square!

We have stayed at le puits dore several times and have always been very satisfied with it in every way.

We were upgraded to have a suite which gave us two rooms and was very comfortable

The refuse was collected early in the morning and often disturbed us but I don't think the hotel has any control over this

The location was wonderful and staff very accomodating

This hotel is in a wonderful location, Richlieu is a very pretty little town. The room was rather "compact" although clean and adequate for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. This hotel is not for anyone with mobilty problems as there are only steep winding stairs for room access. To be fair the building is very old and they have kept the "quirkyness" of the design. Nothing to do with the hotel but beware the cost of wine!!! We only wanted a simple meal so went to the Pizzaria in the village where we had a less that average Pizzas with nly one choice of white wine at €30!!! Needless to say we went for free water!!!

The "ensuite" was more or less inside the room with only a sliding panel to separate it, so no chance of private ablutions, if you know what I mean!!! As the space was limited there was a "half" bath which was so deep a little stool (the kind children use to reach the toilet) had been provided to stand on (well we think that was what it was for). I wouldn't have wanted to spend more than one night there although the area is very nice.

Le mot qui définirait le mieux cet hôtel serait "culturel"., En raison de sa situation privilégiée dans la ville historique de richelieu. Vous devriez intégrer ce mot dans votre liste ci-dessus. Il concerne beaucoup d'autres établissements et répond à un critère de choix de beaucoup de clients potentiels. Très bonne table.

Le refus d'appliquer le concept existant de "Soirée étape", au motif que ma réservation serait passée par vous. Ceci est une réclamation.

L'accueil et la qualité des chambres

Hotel simple mais chaleureux très bon rapport qualité prix restaurant de cuisine traditionnelle de qualité . Nous avons passez un très bon séjour dans cet hotel je le recommande

Le naturel des vieux établissements, très bien respecté. J'ai tràs bien aimé la cuisine.

Gevestigd aan een mooi plein in heel leuk oud stadje. Behoorlijk gegeten op t fijne terras. Aardige bediening. Prima voor tussenstop!

De douche kon niet worden opgehangen en gordijn of scherm ontbrak.

Slechte service: wij kwamen aan om 21.20 uur en mochten niet meer in het restaurant eten. Slechts op ons verzoek om informatie waar wij wel terecht konden voor het avondeten meldde een medewerker dat wij naar een restaurantje verderop konden. Helaas stond deze te koop!! (Ik neem aan dat de medewerkers dat toch hadden moeten weten?). Gelukkig vonden wij om 21.44 uur een inmiddels gesloten pizzeria waar de baas ons voorzag van pizza's en wat water. Ontbijt werd niet aangevuld, maar voor kinderen rekenen zij wel de volle prijs. In de kamer zonder gordijnen was veel licht van buiten; bovendien was er veel lawaai. Het personeel was ronduit onvriendelijk.

Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute, attentionné (dans la conversation avait eu connaissance que nous fetions un anniversaire et lors du désert,fourniture d'une bougie feu d'artifice sans demande de notre part). Repas trés bien le petit moins, internet ne fonctionnait pas vu que nous étions dans une annexe de l'hotel, avons du aller à la réception pour pouvoir y avoir accès sans problème.Pas assez de prises,(1 seule) pour chargeur de téléphone et ...si l'on voulait brancher le ventilateur, il fallait débrancher la télévision. Sinon hotel très calme.

Personnel accueillant et hotel situé sur une place historique agréable

Pas de double vitrage (interdit je pense à cause du caractère "historique" de la place) donc ma chambre était un peu bruyante très tôt le matin.
