Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in room

This is a small family run hotel located in the historic district of Arles, within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. We had originally planned to spend one night, but stayed three as we found the area rich in history and the atmosphere relaxing. The owners are friendly, welcoming and helpful in responding to all questions. They take pride in their hotel and this is evident in the attention paid to numerous details throughout. Breakfast was filling and the coffee the best we had in our month of travels throughout Europe.

The hotel was just what we wanted--clean, comfortable, good location, friendly and helpful people at the desk and good access to the train station.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great! It was right on the Rhone and was easy walking distance to major sites. The room was small but very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Excellent location just inside the city wall, easy walking to all sights. The view from our room, overlooking the Rhone, was great. The owner, Eric, is very pleasant and helpful.

Remember to turn the lights on as you proceed up the stairs....the higher you go, the darker it gets and it's hard to find the switches in the dark.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, die Atmosphäre familiär. An der Rezeption wurde auch Englisch gesprochen, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend, nur das Bad war für vier Personen zu winzig. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Un buon posto per un breve soggiorno con un rapporto qualità/prezzo buono. L'Hotel è vicino al centro storico e lo Staff è affabile e disponibile. Si trova facilmente parcheggio nei dintorni (a pagamento e non). Le colazioni sono consigliabili. La pulizia è discreta.

Le stanze non dispongono di frigorifero. In bagno non vi è nessuna presa elettrica ( c'è ne solo una in camera, posta in basso e probabilmente prevista per le pulizie della stanza). Attenti alla luce delle scale. Wifi disponibile ma a pagamento.

Établissement proche du centre, près du bord du rhône. Climatisation correcte. Accueil aimable et disponible.

Vieillot, salle de bain microscopique, surtoit le lavabo. Petit déjeuner moyen, pas de grille pain, pas de fruits frais en saison mais des fruits en boites! De bon croissants mais pain moyen. On peut faire bien mieux sans se ruiner.

Super ligging. Wat dat betreft echt een aanrader.

Kamer was gedateerd en het bed te klein. Ontbijt was summier.
