Cramped. Run down. Bit grimy.
Wifi, close to Metro, some friendly staff, ok bathroom,
Wall to wall carpet in rooms (dust), no lights by bunk beds, no toilet brushes, plastic utensils at the very basic breakfast , a stain on the rented towel, delay at check-in without information why, impolite staff at check-in
Nothing seemed clean. The rooms didnt have sheets had to ask then had to pay for a towel and a bar of soap which is ridiculous. Put us in the wrong room at first and then claimed we may have to move. Breakfast is nothing. Felt disgusting in there.
Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. I stayed in a 4 bed room and it had its own bathroom, clean and with a view. Excellent breakfast, fast and free wi-fi. Several electricity socks to every bed. Worth the money.
The stuff was good
Getting an extra blanket was no problem.
On arrival (at 1 in the afternoon) there were no more towels available. People making phone calls in the middle of the night was quite disturbing. No soap in the bathroom.
bathroom was very very small you cant not set.To stand you can touch the door behind you,and i am only 150lbs.windo to the street.check in 4.00pm not 5 mins before. For breakfast there is no plates you used tray for everything
Location: - close to Anvers metro station. - close to restaurants and supermarkets - close to landmarks (Le Moulin Rouge; Sacre couer)
Few options of food for night snaks ... hehe
Staff Social activities Rooms clraned everyday
At times unfortunate to be put with terrible roommates, but thats not really the hostels fault.
good location, bed and enviroment
All good, good location
Good location and quiet room. Private bathroom
Very closo to a subway station, in zone 2 of Paris. The hostel in general is very good for a valuable price.
Location : very close to the metro station Included breakfast Decent wifi
Cleanliness can be improved especially in the bathroom. Beds are uncomfortable Almost no space to store everyone's luggage in the room Not enough plugs
It was very close to the Anvers metro stop, which helped a lot for getting into the city center.
The hostel is located very close to Pigalle, which seemed to be a very cute, quaint part of Paris. It wasn't touristy and shower a homier part of Paris. However I had no idea we were that close to such a special part of town. Walking to the hostel fr the Rouchechart-Barbes (sp?) metro stop was not pretty and looked like a weird suburb I had just been dropped in.
locating very near the tube station and the staff are nice
it is a little noisy outside in the night, but my sleep was not disturbed
great location, 10 min from Sacre Coeur, 3 min from subway, not far from gare de l'est and gare du nord, friendly staff. a nice place to meet new people and have fun exploring the city
breakfast could be better
my bedroom was too dark i couln't even find my things or read. They don't provide foot towel so the bathroom was always wet, awful. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The breakfast was the worse i've ever seen. There was not even a plate, you have to take a bread and a butter (that's all they have) and put it on some dirty tray. i do not recommend it.
Location, staff speaks english and was friendly, lift, got better room than ordered
Drain was little bit blocked, but worked, just more slowly.
Bedrooms, bathrooms, staff, location, Wi-Fi
The breakfast is really poor, a roomate stole me 700 pounds (lock your luggages!)
very friendly staff, beautiful view, great events organised by Carlos (gracias!) thanks guys!
I was there too short!
- good location -WIFI available -close to the nearest metro station -not too expensive
-dirty mouldy bathroom
Had a private room with bath. Very clean. Great breakfast. Excellent location and grateful for Wi-Fi. All the staff were good for the exception of one rude gentleman. Too bad I didn't get his name.
Bed mattress was a bit soft.
Its cheap, I had internet even though they said it was only available in the lobby. The staff was nice helped me I find out the best way to get to the airport. The bathroom was fine.
It was a bit noisy and you had to check out before 11:00 wich I think is bit early since you can only check in after 16:00. But it was cheap and only for one night.
Proximity to everything. Cheap transport costs
Pamphlets brochures available but out of site. Incredibly expensive beverages whether soft or coffee or tea, advised friends to buy drinks in supermarkets.
