Excellent recently renovated hotel. Very friendly staff, great location 5 minutes stroll to the centre of Sarlat and lots of 14th and 15th century buildings. Good start point for checking out the amazing grottes (caves) and chateaux of the Dordogne. Excellent value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western, Sarlat very much and would return again. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable and the location was very convenient. Found the car easy to park for overnight staying.

The family room(4 persons) is comfortable ,clean and spacious . The Sarlat city certer is near , only about 10 minutes walk there. My son enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and we saw they changed swimming pool water . There are many free useful sightseeing information and maps . When we arrived at hotel , no one was there. We waited for a few minutes for checking in.

Very luxurious; excellent room with good en suite and lovely view over pool. Free on street parking close by and bay alongside hotel where could park for 20 minutes to drop off/collect baggage. Very helpful friendly staff- only 5 minutes walk to old town centre of Sarlat.

After reading some positive and negative reviews about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff I was very pleasantly surprised at how helpful and friendly the staff were. The gentlman on reception was extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently situated for a walk into the old town of Sarlat, I had a young child and teenager with me and both found the walk easy. I was fortunate with the parking, but there is no hotel carpark, only street parking, so get there early to secure a place to park. Our room was very comfortable and clean, it would be nice to have a tea/coffee making facility in the room as I always like a cup of tea or coffee in the evenings and mornings. The free WiFi connection throughout the hotel was useful, TV stations limited (UK) and not very good reception, but we did not really need this. But over all very pleased with our stay there and would definately stay there again and recomend to others.

We love the location of the hotel. Close to places to visit, to the town. We loved the swimming pool we used in the afternoon. The breakfast was really great. Especially for french standards. We would defently go back if we were in the neightbourhood. The room had a bit to much of the same fabric but the whole hotel compesated that minor thing.

The room design with fabric covered walls was lovely, the bathroom was very clean and modern design. Restaurant closed as being refurbished.Generally this is a lovely hotel in an excellent position in Sarlat.

отель удобно расположен; есть бассейн. своей парковки у отеля нет (рядом есть платные парковки, но тут как повезет - будут на них свободные места или придется кружить, отыскивая место. очень много свободных мест в воскресенье в первой половине дня; а вот в субботу очень трудно припарковаться - в городе проходит рынок). номера - довольно безликие. и, если у вас большой багаж, учтите, что к номерам на верхних этажах (в российском варианте - это второй и третий этажи) ведет очень крутая винтовая лестница. тащить даже средних размеров сумку - не очень приятно.

L´hôtel nous a beaucoup plu,à mon mari et moi qui fêtions 45 ans de mariage. L´hôtel est très bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre de la ville. Il y aune piscine et l´immeuble est très bien aménagé. Les chambres sont claires, spacieuses, la salle de bain est renovée et le personnel très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est varié et servi dans un salon assez grand. La patrone est très sympa.Le rapport coût bénéfice est très bien. Je recommende cet hôtel volontiers.

El personal de la recepción nos trató estupendamente. Además tenía el suelo a estrenar, con lo que estaba limpísimo. La habitación que nos tocó era una dúplex muy original y bonita.

Le cadre, l'emplacement à deux pas du centre. La literie hors d'age, matelas minable sur un sommier plancher. L'hôtel est archi sonore, on entend tout. On sent que la déco, les tissus muraux ont été fait à l'économie, ni fait ni à faire!

Die ausgesprochen freundliche Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind angenehm. Die Lage ist optimal. Das Personal ist gut geschult und geht freundlich und kompetent auf Gäste ein. Man bekommt Tipps für Exkursionen und auch sonst alle erdenkliche Hilfe. Ich würde jederzeit gern wieder in diesm Hotel übernachten. Besonders gefallen hat mir die persönliche Note dieses Hotels. Der Kaffee, der - warm gehalten in einer Thermoskanne - angeboten wird.Da wäre eine Verbesserung angezeigt. Das Frühstück ist aber ansonsten sehr gut.
