The hotel is a clean, well-appointed hotel with very comfortable rooms. It is very well situated to the old town and markets.

It is a typical Best Western, and thus sterile and without character. This is a small price to pay for the convenience.

Parking is difficult to access. Do not like having to leave car key FOR SECURITY REASONS. You are made to feel like you are going to leave without paying despite room was prepaid. Issues with key card not working.

The hotel position & the staff were most helpful when we had to get emergency flights home at very short notice. The bar area was nice & realxing for a quick stop off too..

Trying to find it was a bit of a trial I recommend that traveller reserve a parking space as on street parking is a nightmare!

Friendly efficient staff, large superior room well furnished, not too far from town centre, very good breakfast (except for the bizarre French fondness for UHT milk which no foreigner can understand!).

It was easy to find and convenient for us as we were only staying for one night. Good breakfast.

Despite booking a parking space for our two large motorbikes we had to park one behind a car and another in the courtyard by the stairs yet we were still charged for a space.

The room was clean, quite new and reasonably comfortable. The staff were very helpful and efficient and the breakfast was worth having as there was a good variety to choose from, well displayed and in a bright, modern dining room. It is in walking distance to the restaurants.

The outside of the building was disappointing but it was raining (lots) so everything looked dour. There is car parking offered but by the time we arrived at 5.30pm the garage was full so we had to park in the road. There is a staircase to the reception so if you have a big suitcase this can be difficult. The room although smartly laid out was on the small side. The toilet is by the door and you have to walk around the room to the bathroom to wash your hands (small point but worth mentioning).

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, close to everything including tour pick ups, city sites, and excellent shopping and dining opportunities. Nice affordable English style breakfast.

Central private parking

As a business hotel if offers all that one will look for - but I was on a holiday. It is very centrally located so convenience can win offer a business feel

Limoges is a parking nightmare and the hotel wns with its parking facilities but at 10 Euro is a bit steep as you have no choice but to use them. What ever the quoted price always add the parking to get a real comparison

The staff are very courteous and helpful, they also speak and understand a fair bit of English.

Off street car parking was limited and needed to be booked in advance. There is car parking in the street when you can find it and it is quite safe to leave the car.

The location is terrible and the wording of some of its description on this site is misleading to say the least 'This hotel, nestled between 2 historic pedestrian area. Best Western Hotel Le Richelieu is an exceptional establishment that offers calm and comfortable accommodation in a convivial atmosphere.' is completely untrue. The hotel is on a busy street with lots of traffic, there was no pedestrian area that we could see. Restaurants are a seriously long walk from the hotel. The rooms though clean and well kept are very small and cramped. The parking garage is fine when the hotel is not busy. But I would imagine it to be a total nightmare to park if it were not so.

Room was spotlessly clean, the location was within easy walking distance from the town's center, and the staff was exceptionally pleasant.
