Our room and bed were huge. We didn't eat at the hotel as we thought it was too expensive but found a lovely Vietnamese restaurant nearby for one night and a nice place in the town square the next night. It was a bit stuffy and the charge of £10 to park our car each night steep. Meals Expensive. Car parking charge high.

The location in the centre of St Maximin is excellent. I also love the building. I chose not to have the breakfast buffet, after having a look at it, as it did not appear to be value for money.

The hotel is in a historic building located in the center of St Maximin de Sainte Baume. Dogs cost 10 euro per day. The hotel is noisy. Breakfast buffet is very expensive if you only eat a croissant and drink a cup of coffee. There is no free internet in the room.

The hotel is beatiful, romantic, with very good service. It is a great get away for a night. The room was not really clean (it had a funny smell) and the lack of shower curtains (as complained by other guests) is really a problem.

The way in which an old very big convent was transformed into a hotel. The Classic Room is too small.

The environment is unique and very relaxing. Good balance price value. Staff very helpful, always friendly and took care on my cats as if they were theirs:). Excellent food and surprising high quality service in the restaurant in the evening and even at breakfast. Would benefit from having shelves in the shower to be able to deposit soap and other accessories. Had to put the soap and shampoo on the floor during showering.
