Location on esplande and view excellent. First room was dirty and had not been cleaned, bed changed and tissue paper on carpet in bedroom. Hotel team resolved problem quickly and changed rooms. However, both rooms had duvet quilts used as bedspreads without a cover - did not feel 'clean' or look nice. Shame because a lot about the hotel was good. |

The landlady was very helpful and found us a safe place to store our bikes.It was only a few minutes walk to a choice of restaurants for evening dinner but about 10-15 minute walk to old St Malo. The beach was at the bottom of the rear terrace and caught the afternoon sunshine which was a big bonus. We brought our own kettle for tea in the morning which was a bit of luck as no kettle was available in the room.The breakfast was nice but expensive. |

We licked the location, right on the beach and within walking distance to the old walled city. We were only about 30 miles from mount Saint Michele. The only problem that we encountered was that they charged us for a breakfast for which we did not have...so we will have to e mail them and have them credit our credit card for the amount. |

Les Acacias is a lovely family run hotel near St Malo. We arrived to welcoming staff/Hosts. They speak English and were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach with just a public promenade separating us. They had a bar and dining area for breakfast which look right out onto the sea. There was private off street parking and it was a lovely 20 min stroll each way to the old town of Saint Malo. We liked the flat screen TV in our room, the shower was hot with good pressure, and the room clean and hygienic. I would recommend a mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities and the décor could do with a little updating, but perhaps that's how they keep the accommodation so affordable. Definitely value for money and provides all the basics you need. I will definitely stay again. |

The family hotel atmosphere was most welcome and the staff worked extremely hard to make our stay a pleasure. The location was superb, right on the beach & the view from the patio was fantastic. A lovely hotel. |

It is a little bit far from Old City (if you take a walk), but the place is very pleasant and quite. We did not have breakfast, there are many restaurants and markets all around. Also, we have room with garden view, but it was very nice. Definitely will come again. |

Located by marina/beach. Very comfortable and clean. Have a limited free parking place inside, but there is some free parking outside as well. If you don't want to drive, you have to walk around 30 min to get to intra muros. While we enjoyed it you might not. |

Very close to the sea. It's nice to look at tides from the room window. Furniture should be repaired. Wifi was working just at the hotel lobby and in the bar. |

It is very well situated and eaasy acccess to the beach and the sea wall to walk into St Malo, the managers speak good English. It is a bit neglected and could do with some money being spent on it, while adequate, its full potential is not being realised |

staff friendly and helpful Rooms a bit run down and could do with a general revamp. Hotels on the front are not cheap and although this is one of the cheaper ones I still thought it over priced. OK for a one night stop. |

The view of the beach was good! The decor was tired and room very small, no hairdryer in the bathroom and the upgrade we were forced to take as the hotel said our original was booked was not worth the extra cost. |
