The view of the ocean was fantastic. It was awesome to lie in bed at night and listen to the ocean. The breakfast was very expensive. For 11 euros you only get coffee and basket of pastries. Breakfast is not good value for money. |

The staff where friendly, rooms were clean, There was 24 hour room service, there was also the bonus of having breakfast in your room if you wanted to buy your own food. |

The hotel was clean and rooms well appointed. The view from our balcony was magnificent. The staff were friendly and made us very welcome. Breakfast, which cost extra, was adequate but it felt as though we didn't get value for money, it really should have been in with room price. |

The location and sea view. Well worth the extra payment. The walk to town is very pleasant twenty minutes through gardens along the 'prom'. There are plenty of seats to stop for a while!. There is also a bus No.20. The full size fridge was very useful too. Not for p[eople who want a lot of bars etc close by, you do have to go to town; but we enjoyed the quiet. |

Underground carpark included in price. We upgraded to front room with balcony. Weather great so sitting watching boat traffic was relaxing. Pleasant shortish walk into centre Continental breakfast pricey |

Les Brises is an excellent base for a visit to La Rochelle. We had a room with a sea view (an absolute must) which was wonderful. The view was stunning, and we slept with the french doors to the balcony open all night so that we could enjoy the view of the harbour and the soothing balmy breeze. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortably. Highly recommended. |
