nice service! Kind and helpful staffs- convenient location, close to the promenade des anglais-free internet service-i didn't bring my own computer, so the host even gave me a laptop to use in the room. the room is bit small, but its not a big issue, would definitely stay there again. |

no bar in hotel not coffee or tea in your room, booked twin only had double bed/ was sharing with friends so had to put up with it fonearly £100 a night not good enough |

We enjoyed our stay...staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Nice and close to railway station, shopping, and the beach. We would stay there again. |

Staff assistance was excellent, especially Elaine and Veronique; very clean room, typically small europe room; probably very good value considering the city and location in Nice. Highly recommended; retired couple from Canada. |

I liked the location. Les Cigales is very close to shopping, the Promenade, the beach, cafes, the train and bus stations (within walking distance to all these). The staff was very helpful with providing directions and things to do. My room was very small. |

Good location, clean and easy wi-fi access. Triple Room had a Fold-away cot for the third person, not a bed, yet charged the same as other hotels we used with real triples. Street was terribly noisy one night out of two, we barely slept. |

I stayed at that hotel with my friends and I found it very hospitable, clean and the stuff is ready to help you any time you wnat. We really liked the location and the facilities in that hotel everything you need to stay in the city if you want to know Nice and to find good pèople and price to do it)))) Nothing bad I can say about this hotel. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the air conditioning was wonderful after a hot day outside, the breakfasts were good, the roof terrace was a quiet oasis of calm and the hotel itself is very conveniently located for the beach, the old town and the station. |

1. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and extras including beach towels, mats and umbrellas. 2. The hotel room had a safe. 3. Excellent location -5 minutes from the beach and local transit; close to a local grocery store and an excellent bakery. Unexpected low ceilings in the second floor hotel rooms due to the sloping ceiling, which caused us to hit our heads a few times. |

Everything was in good shape, rooms tidy and clean, very hospitable staff and great location on 15min walking from the old city and 5min to the city beach-front. plenty of cafés and small stores around the corner. |

Lux room is ok We stayed at Les Cigales for 5 days, the first night was terrible since we were allocated on the ground floor... As a piece of advice - never agree for the rooms 5 and 6 - you can hear everything. Next morning Hotel person agreed to change the room with extra eur 30 a night as there were no room the same class and moved to the 'lux'. The later is Ok, quiet and comfortable. Carine (St Pet) |

Wonderfully sweet, helpful people. Near shopping & restaurants & transportation. In-room wireless connection. Lobby and hallways smelled like cat pee. Room was tiny, hard for 1 to navigate, let alone 2. Roof Terrace was cheap, dirty, seedy and dismal, with a view of low rent apartments and laundry. |

Very nice, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Wonderful bakery at the end of the street, which served coffee as well.Lovely patio on the roof of the hotel Mattresses could use an update. |
