it was our second stay at Les Hauts de Passy, hotel is small, so are the rooms, but very clean and cozy. Location is brilliant, 5 minute walk to Eiffel tower, 3 minutes to Metro Station (Passy). The street were the hotel is has few nice restaurants and bistro's, bakery, grocery market (not noisy), flower store, caviar shop, Vine shop, Cheese shop and stuff like that. Perfect for short city break! Our mattress had some funny plastic cover, not particularly nice for sleep, but didn't bother us much.

The location very close to center of paris. The pedestrian street it was on was very nice and quaint with lovely shops. Close to metro. Room very small and so was the bed. I didn't like that there were no tea/coffee making facilities and there was nowhere to relax with a view in the reception or bedroom or to enjoy a drink at night in the hotel. There were also no english satelite channels on tv.

Location was great for me, big (for Paris) rooms with nice bathroom with a window. I had to pay twice for the first night! First time during booking and than at check-out. So I paid 150 e instead of 75 for a night. Staff refused to explain why I had to pay twice.

Very nice, glamorous location, loved to stay there! The atmosphere of the hotel's street is just amazing. Passy district is the best possible district to stay at in Paris, it's elegant, safe and shows the best side of Paris. The Eiffel tower is within a 10 minute walk. The hotel staff was also very nice, they provided everything we asked for. I'd stay here again any time! The room was very small, but who cares for the hotel room in such a beautiful city, and the area of the hotel made us forget about all the negativities. The bed altough was very uncomfortable, my boyfriend couldn't sleep on it. I also didn't like that the hotel took the first night of my credit card eventhough the booking stated that there will be no pre-payment of any kind.

Just the location. Very close to the metro station and to oecd, were we were working. Well, as a matter of fact, differentilly of the advertisement, the hotel doesn't have a room service. You cannot have a drink or something to eat at your room. Also, I didn't like the cleaness of the room. The glasses were never cleaned. The garbage was not taken off. When we arrived, the lift was broken and we didn't have any help to get the luggages to the first floor. The breakfast is very expensive in relation to the options they offer.

Very nice location, close to metro, shopping mall, restaurants and monuments. The room was clean but very tiny. Ideal for one a weekend trip but no longer than 2 -3 nights. The Wifi didn't work. They provided me with a login name and password that didn't work. After several attempts I contacted the reception but they couldn't help me. As I was on a business trip and had some work to do that was not very handy... Very poor breakfast... If you stay there do not oder breakfast.. It is not worthy.. There are lots of nice bakeries and patisseries around the corner where you can eat very well for the same price.

Located in few min walk from La Muette metro and in 10 min walk to oecd Conference center, where I had 3 days of meetings. The hotel is very small and cozy, there are so many great shops, cafés, confectionaries, fruit markets around it! The street is actually pedestrian and u cant have a cab to the door, but it was not an issue for me. I could see the top of Eiffel tower from my window on the 5th floor. Breakfast is 8 euro, which is rather expensive, u can have cheaper one just next door. They were doing renevation on my floor - painting walls, etc, so there was strong smell of paint in my room... I stayed 3 nights and on the last night there was a problem with light in my room, they were not able to fix it and did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience, I thought it was not nice, they could've offered free breakfast for example. Jeez.

The room was new (complete renovation). The room was clean. The bed comfortable, the bathroom tiny but well renovated and included a hair dryer. The location of the hotel is absolutely great. The room should have been strictly non-smoking but there was a bad smoke taste in it you couldn’t make disappear even by opening the window for hours. A pity for a newly renovated room. The hotel is located in a lovely street but it is also quite noisy.

The staff was not communicative, many of them did not even bother to say hello. They claimed not to have a stamp when I asked whether my receipt could be stamped. There was incredibly bad smell in my room - I survived the first night only because I had window wide open. Certainly not a great place. They rely on their location to be able to charge prices inadequate for the services they provide.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location could not have been better since it was near restaurants, shopping, metro, and the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were very small, but very clean. Size of rooms.

Central Location The hotel was very drab and dated. There was a musty smell in the corridors. The bed spread was dirty. The facilities did not reflect the price of my stay for the one night. It was too expensive and I did not get value for money. Won't be staying there again.
