good location good place to eat
nothing we will go again
The hotel is located in a very nice and commercial area (the Eiffel Tower is easy to reach, by foot or by Metro which is very very close), so if you like fruits (like I do) for example you will be able to purchase top quality merchandise right from downstairs. Or if you like shopping, you won't be disappointed either. Also, the hotel was very clean and the staff extremely helpful. All in all, it exceeded my expectations!
I liked it's location, it is just 10 minutes from Eiffel tower and in the middle of the city center.
The room was small as will as the bathroom.
Very small , dirty floor carpet
Very helpful and friendly staff. Although rooms are not large, they are typical for this type of hotel. We thought they had made an excellent use of the space.
Clean, super location, very nice staff, newer furniture, great walking street with markets and shops, we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our room.
Small rooms, but still very comfortable.
Nothing really to like or dislike overall.
However, the rooms do get a bit expensive at peak times for what you get. Breakfast is to be missed at all costs. There are a number of local bars and cafe's that serve better coffee, better fruit juice and better pastries for the same money.
The place around, very nice, restaurant, bars, several place by walking, safe in general, staff very nice, and they help you in anything. For one night in running it's ok, but for staying for few days no.
The price is excessive for that room, and don't include at least breakfast for the price, room are very small, and doesn't reach two star, for 195 €, per night, is not so good, and with that price you could fine five star hotel in any other part of the world.
The position is central and in a nice pedestrian road full of small shops. It is very close to the OECD headquarters where I had a meeting so it was very convenient
I paid 230 euro a night for a room that was tiny, with a stinky old carpet, very poorly furnished (the bathroom was tiny but ok - it seemed to have been newly refurnished) with poor lighting...... And that was the second room I was offered after I refused to stay in the first as it smell dust and humidity. It was a very unpleasant stay! Ok Paris is great tourist and business destination but that does not mean that "tuguri" like this can get away with being called 3 star hotels.
excellent location, nice shops, brasserie and market around
clean, but small room, small bathroom, small bed
Good value for money, great location, clean and good for short business trips.
There was no mini-bar in my room, but there is a 24h shop just around the corner, so I could buy water.
The location is fantastic, on a nice pedestrian street. If you stay a little bit higher up you don't get disturbed by noise from the street. Wi-fi worked very well. Clean room.
The room was ridiculously small and the comfort level was very spartan. Not all front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was served in the cellar and quite poor, I definitely recommend the nearby patisseries and cafés instead!
Location was as good as it gets
No room to store clothing so you could not unpack, This due to the size of the rooms which is typical in Paris.
The staff were awesome - helpful and kind. Where it is situated was perfect - about 1km walk to the Effel Tower for us (age 50 - 55) We were on a roadtrip with motorbikes and we parked our bikes in a parking just 50m up the road (motorbikes park for free). The breakfast was a good continental breasfast served from 6h30 which suited us leaving early the morning. The hotel is in a cobble street with shops, resturants, shopping mall up the road, so great location for all.
A small complaint - the aircon wasnt on when we went for breakfast - and its a bit stuffy downstairs. but the staff quickly sorted that out.
Location - walking distance from Eiffel Tower Good internet wifi Helpful/accommodating staff
Small rooms Small lift Very pricey/expensive Poor map directions (we got lost looking for the hotel)
Great location. Charming street and environment. Would visit again
All is dwarfed by the location. Once u r out on the street.... The small beds or the tricky Wifi system.... You don't care about.
One night at 215 , this is a total rip off! I can have a suite in Berlin for this price! An booking did not give me the datils when sending the confirmation! same happen to my colleague
Location is fantastic, Rue de L'annonciation is a great little pedestrian street
The room was not cleaned, towel were not replaced until requested and when actually replaced the door was left open with all our valuable in the room. When that was brought to the hotel employee it was barely acknowledge as a problem and no attempt of apologies were made.
Great location around 10 min walk to Eiffel Tower, close to metro aswell. Staff pleasant enough.
Room was very small..cupboard door hanging off and bathroom had a bad smell, asked for a room with a view but got room with a tree in front, had to ensure room door closed properly as they were very heavy and stiff very noisy hotel if people above were having a shower you heard it if lift was on you heard it.
Charming hotel tucked away in a charming location near the Eifel Tower. Friendly, helpful staff. We loved staying here and wish we could have stayed longer.
What's not to like, friendly, helpful staff, super clean, comfy beds, just a sweet little hotel.
available conditioner, nice bathroom, friendly staff, loation is nearby supermarket and restaurant as well as subway
not clean enough
Walking distance to Eiffel Tower
My 2nd stay at this hotel, great location, 5 minute walk from La Muette metro. 10 Minute walk from Eiffel Tower. Friendly & helpful reception staff. From Gard Du Nord, take line 4 change at Strasbourg Saint-Denis onto Line 9 towards Pont de Sevres to La Muette.
I really liked hotel location in the 16th arrondissement of Paris with the Eiffel Tower only a 10-minute walk away. It was fun to finish the day with all this people on Trocadero having fun and watching The Tower twinkles. It was also a good start point to explore Paris, the metro station is near, also the station of tourist boats and buses. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was small but everything in the room and bathroom looked rather new.The price was reasonable, so I can say that the Les Hauts de Passy was a good choice!
Very accomodating staff. Nice place, near to metro station and Eiffel Tower. Mini supermarket, fruit stand, bar and restaurants are just next to hotel. It's a safe place.
Falling hair on the ceiling and wall of the bathroom.I Chose to have cappuccino for my breakfast but when I press the dispenser, I got chocolate. I guess 10 euro is too much for the breakfast that they served.
