Location was good, short walk to the shoreline. Very nice facilites. Large and clean pool. Friendly staff. Expensive but very stylish. Lights in hallway need to be activated by guests as they are on a timer. Very annoying. |

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, clean room, great breakfast, close to the beach. It was very worthwhile requesting a room with pool view and balcony which offered a great view out to the St Tropez bay. The hotel pool was large and clean and it was a short stroll through the beautiful botanic garden in front of the hotel to the beach. some of the gym equipment was either broken or missing parts to be of any use. No fridge in the room to store or chill water. |

Receptoin staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of the food in the restaurant was not great for the price charged. The lighing in the room where you get a facial is too strong and no towel or blanket was given to cover the body so it was a bit cold. The beautician herself was excellent but these 2 factors took away from the experience. |

We liked the setting of the Hotel, the gardens and pool area were really pretty much better than we expected. The location was ideal it was about a 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants 15-20 Euros in a taxi. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the whole area was very clean and well kept. The room was nicely furnished and the balcony overlooking the pool was spacious. The bathroom was large enough with plenty of towels and hot water. We had no problem with noise. There was plenty of parking spaces close to the rooms. There was no mirror in the bedroom only the bathroom which can be a bit of an inconvenience when there are two ladies trying to get ready in a morning/evening, so a mirror in the bedroom would be very useful. |

Excellent location, about 30 mins walk to town for restaurants etc. Great facilities, gardens, free parking, wifi, indoor and outdoor pool, massage, beauty treatments. Excellent food. Would be nice to have fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in room. Via internet we chose single/double room with pool view. When we arrived we were allocated a very small room including small double bed and set out with towels etc for only one occupant - really only suitable for overnight stay. However reception were able to move us the following day to a room with balcony at only 8 € extra - well worth it for a stay of several days! It was a much bigger room, bigger beds and balcony space with table and chairs. |

The staff were friendly, room was clean with nice balcony, the pool was clean with lots of sun loungers and great proximity to the beach. Good car-parking too. They only serve a very limited menu for lunch and only up to 2pm. It is a hotel so you should be able to get food in the afternoon and there should be more choice for lunch. |

It was very peacefull as such relaxing, great location, walking distance to the beach and port. The hotel layout and design was excellent. However for a hotel of its status it lacked some facilities...no english channel, room internet, fridge. The sheets were not changed for the duration of our stay but hey it was good value for the money paid |

Very nice hotel. Tidy both inside and in the beutiful area around the hotel. Nice pool. Quiet situated, in the same time as it is a short walk to the beach. Very nice beach! To town center we used approx. 25 min. walk. Car parking in the hotel area. The swimmingpool beds were occupied by towels for the whole day, even when noone used them. Some people occupied 3 parasols for 2 beds, which left the rest of us to no shade at all. |

unfortunately I got really disappointed with the service at the reception - the reservation that was made 2,5 months in advance got lost. the staff including the manager was not really eager to help to compensate our inconvenience by packing from one hotel to another and back - even though this took a lot of time from our short vacation, as we spent there only 3 nights. I say that the staff at the reception handled it in a really unprofessional way. |

We were pleasantly surprised to find not one but three pools at this hotel. The facilities in general were more than we had expected. The room we stayed in was extremely small- I don't think this is reflective of all rooms available at the hotel which had balconies and patio doors, where ours did not. The view of the pools we had was nice, and the bathroom was a decent size, but the sleeping quarters were the most cramped I've ever experienced. Double check you do not get one of these rooms ahead of time. We would also have liked to have had a fridge in the room so as not to be forced to only eat in the (not spectacular) restaurant the entire time. |

The hotel is clean , friendly, nicely appointed. Was a solo traveller and only used it as a base near St Tropez This hotel being in St Maxime is a long way from St Tropez and the traffic on the road is awful expect up to 1 hour drive at peak times ! |
