They kept our rooms despite the credit card used to guarantee the booking not working. Neither my private or business cards would work which I since discovered was due to the payments appearing as to Disney Resorts Rental or something similar which my banks decided was dubious. It is always stressful to be let down by ones credit cards in a foreign country but especially as I was ill and tired on this trip and spent half an hour checking in, thank goodness I had enough cash to cover the bill. The receptionist could have been more sympathetic.

The room was very dirty. Some of the staff members where very customer service oriented while others where rude. Parking is difficult but not impossible. The location is excellent. However, we felt dirty when we left and had to wash everything when we got home.

Very good location, good, clean room but somewhat small to be a Junior suite, extra beds was a bedsofa. Clearly overprized but I gues its the location that you pay for. I would rather recommend Trouville for a stay.

Breakfast buffet, swimming pool, free pay tv channels, room comfort, agreeable staff. Family room (2 adults, 2 older children in the same room) was very cosy. Sufficient towels were provided. Breakfast not included in room price, quite expensive price per night. Right next to sometimes noisy street.

Good location, centre of town, parking is a problem if hotel car park full you can be parked on street upto 400mtrs away. Breakfast a bit the same every day for the price.

Very comfortable room with a lot of space and a very nice little terrace. The in room balneo is quite noisy after a while. It is nice up to a certain time of the day. Some people should realize it is disturbing a 1AM!

Personnel disponible accueillant et compétent, petit déjeuné excellent, et équipement spa très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon moment. Salle de bain étroite, la chambre aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement.

Hotel vieillissant, sur le déclin. Le prix de la chambre balnéo est élevé par rapport à l'état de la baignoire (pas très propre et la mise en route est compliquée et très bruyante!) et de la salle de bains. Espace Spa trop petit: mensonger sur l'annonce. Endroit humide, irrespirable! Bruyant la nuit, chambres pas bien isolées. Déçus par rapport à l'annonce.

Très bien situé en centre ville. Hotel agréable mais rapport qualité-prix moyen (110€ hors petit-déjeuner) pour le standing et la saison. Personnel plutôt aimable. Literie récente mais beaucoup trop dure. Nous avions demandé une chambre calme, nous nous sommes retrouvés au 1er étage sur la rue (bruyante un samedi soir)

séjour sympa avec une chambre au disign agréable. sobriété mais comtemporain. La petite baignoir spa on à essayer c vraiment très agréable Un bruit de soufflerie pendant la nuit un peu génant probablement l'extracteur d'air du restau ?
