The position in Deauville is very good, close to everything, beach, market, casino etc... It was freezing in the breaksfast room, on sunday morning we didn't get any seats for breakfast, we had to wait. There only a few channel on tv. The shampoo was not renewed from one day to another. |

The room was kept clean, and the cleaner was thoughtfull The reception staff were what I would call distant and acceptance of your existance in comeing and going through the hotel was like hide and seek. The Breakfast service was deplorable with tables being left dirty and refreshed continually, twice we arrived and had to wait for a table to be cleared before we could be seated, the choice was basic and scrambled egg was like conguled soup, |

balcony of room, pool, location no space for clothes! room needed a dresser; needed a lamp by the area of large leather chairs; some balconies had no chairs, but we requested two chairs and a table, and they provided them. |

J'ai aimé le confort des chambres, la baignoire balnéo et la piscine Tout était bien, néanmoins, je trouve dommage que la piscine est séparé par un grand mur.petite sugestion, repeignez le de tel sorte à que ça fasse plus convivial. |

La proximité du centre ville et de la plage. La climatisation . Le restaurant qui en fait partie est très beau, climatisé, etc; mais le pain insipide (fait à partir de pâte congelée sans aucun doute) ne fait pas honneur à l'artisanat local et les portions servies sont minimales! Je pense que des efforts pour plus d'authenticité peuvent être faits. |

La situation de l'hotel, à 2 pas du casino et proche de la mer. Le but premier d'un hôtel est d'y dormir et de s'y reposer. Or dans cet hôtel, la moitié des chambres(celles donnant sur la rue) n'ont ni volet, ni store(juste des rideaux), si bien que ceux qui souhaitent faire une grâce matinée auront le plaisir d'être réveillé par le soleil dès 6h du matin. |
