They let us bring our three dogs. No air conditioning, and windows didn't open apart from in the bathroom, which is a bad thing when it's summer and it's been 35 degrees during the day. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking directly out the front of the hotel at no charge. Rooms were large and clean. Better than expected for the price. Great location. |

The view of the Seine from the balcony Hotel room wasn't ready until after 2 O'clock: there was a large damp patch on the floor in our room, infact. the hotel looked tired, it did not give the appearance of cleanliness, I would not return to this hotel. We choose it because it allowed pets, and we have a small dog |

Its central position. Its view of the Seine. The traffic noise, very loud even 6 stories up. |

Very central - a few minutes walk into town. Private carpark - really useful because no public parking found nearby. Free wifi without the need to ask reception for a password! Bathroom dirty. A little noisy unless double glazing was closed - must get quite hot in mid summer. Inadequate storage space for clothes. |

The hotel parking was very useful as Rouen is a very difficult city to fine parking near to hotels The hotel needs a bit of upgrading, the general decor and the room furnishings were tired. |
