The location is perfect for the business, close to Convention Center. It was disgusting, the carpet has not color, 3 stars... l can not put my feet on the floor... horrible - Room and bed small for the price!!! |

The staff were lovely and friendly. The breakfast was brilliant. The location was great. It said it was soundproofed-it wasn't-you could hear the people in the next room. |

Very well located in walking distance to the beach and the cinema venue. Helpful staff. not bad for the value paid A bit old run down. It needs to be renewed |

Gentilezza staff, posizione centrale, rapporto qualità/prezzo. parcheggio costoso, ma non dipende dall' hotel, che anzi ha fornito un coupon per ottenere il 10% di sconto. |

Nulla di speciale La moquette datata del pavimento e delle scale, questa sporca. Ho dovuto anticipare la partenza al giorno seguente all'arrivo, ma mi è stato richiesto il pagamento anche del secondo giorno a causa della prenotazione avvenuta con voi. |

Localizaçao Várias coisas, o ar condicionado nao funciona, com isso vc tem q ficar com a janela aberta. Porem, a localizaçao é perto da estaçao de trem, e com a janela aberta se escuta tudo que se passa lá, até mesmo os sinais de que o trem esta chegando ou partindo. Outra coisa, quando eu fui pedir para concertar o ar condicionado, o funcionario do hotel, disse que era mentira minha e que o ar condicionado nao estava estragado, e com isso ele nao concertou nem trouxe uma soluçao para o meu problema. |
