Very well located in walking distance to the beach and the cinema venue. Helpful staff. not bad for the value paid A bit old run down. It needs to be renewed |

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the guy on the reception in the evenings! Rooms are a little tired looking, but the housekeeping was very good. |

Friendly staff speak English well. No free internet. Parking was difficult around hotel. Need to walk about 10~15 mins to the promenade seawalk. |

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Man ist direkt in der Einkaufsstrasse und bis zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit. Nettes Personal und angenehme Zimmereinrichtung. Es ist schwierig mit Parkplätzen in der Nähe des Hotels. |

Posizione comoda di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria, raccomandabile per chi viaggia in treno. Prezzo economico. Posizione relativamente vicina al centro storico. Rumorosità della stanza (anche se è dichiarata insonorizzata). Il parcheggio non esisteva (nella descrizione si diceva che si poteva parcheggiare a pagamento). L'aria condizionata non funzionava (per fortuna non faceva caldo!) |

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre ville de Cannes. Près des boutiques, du palais des congrés et des plages. Accueil sympathique. Les horaires du petit déjeuner trop tôt et plage horaire pas assez longue(07 h à 09 h seulement) |

La gentillesse du personnel et particulierement du night (receptionniste de nuit) et des femme de chambre trés compétente, la situation en plein centre face a la gare !!!! Le petit dejeuner est moyen, l'hotel est un peu vieillot et meriteré un bon coup de propre, la chambre est trés petite!!! |

La proximité de la rue d'Antibes, du centre ville et de la croisette (plage). La proximité de la gare (en face) même si fenêtre insonorisée et manque d'emplacement de parking. |
