Campanile Hotel Lille C.H.R.  

Location to city, 4 stops on the light railway which is very frequent and easy to use.Location to motorway. Chalet style rooms were quiet and comfortable, wifi was free and easy to use.

Restaurant was closed for the weekend, but this meant we had to travel into the city and their are some good places to eat even late on a Sunday night.

Food was nice even though not cooked on site. It seems that they were reheated prepared meals

Very old and mouldy... Really needs total revamp

Everything was fine, staff friendly and perfect location.

The hotel was chosen by its close proximity to the conference site and as perdicted it was near the site. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant was very reasonably.

The room was not as clean as I expected particularly the bathroom. The room was cold despite the weating was on maximum.

well i was staying two days it was realy nice hotel ,so calm,nice decoration,very clean,likly bathroom,polate cleaners,little far from city cente but close to metro ...finaly i enjoyed my choose.

internet was not so fast in the room other ways every things was perfect.

The equipment in the room is very good (tea, hair dryer, infra-red bathroom heating, comfy pillows). Despite being next to the highway, it is very quiet.

Tea/coffee in the room, good blankets.

Typically rude French owner, unusable Wi-Fi, rooms in need of major renovation. Complete rip-off.

Location near the metro line, very good.

We asked in the restaurant if they could explain what the 3 different prices were, nobody could. I understand that I should learn more French but they were so cold the evening staff, we wanted to know what to order from the buffet as there were three different prices. We thought we were paying a price for a buffet starter plus a dessert . The waiter could have explained not in words but show us which price for which buffet. No that would mean a service,being helpful etc. However the food was amazing but when we were given the bill we had a much bigger bill than expected as of the unhelpful staff. I didn't like the knock the maid gave us at 10 o clock in the morning as I had just got out of the shower. Campanille rules are check out at 11.00am. I have stayed in Campanilles all over France and on the whole they are lovely people and good value.

Rooms functional and clean and have tea making facilities.Close to a Metro station(superb transport system)Plenty of parking and excellent security.Breakfast not bad.

Close to main railway line,(not to be confused with the Metro)hotel needs updating,(it looks a bit jaded)eating area resembles a canteen

Employees were friendly. Wifi network is free from charge and has an acceptabel speed. Free parking. Location is close to highway around Lille. The beds were good and the heating functioned well.

Room was not clean at arrival around 13:30. Room was cleaned in the afternoon. Bathroom is old and will stay littlebit dirty. The building is noisy.

The bed was comfy but I cannot find anything else which was pleasing, I'm sorry about this because normally Campanile hotels are good value for money

The room was cold, the food was really poor and the service was not good.

Chambre froide et très mal insonorisée. Réveillé par le réveil des voisins.. Ne vaut absolument pas le prix pour lequel on paie.
