clean, although is near to highway but calm to hava a rest after a buisy day. the furnature is a little old but clean, i think they should consider renovation soon! we did not have breakfast coz we felt it is expensive. |

Staff are friendly and helpful. Secure and free parking available. It is not easy to locate the hotel, in particular in the evening. The street was not well lighted and hard to find the main entrance in the evening. Carpets are old and looks bit dirty. |

The staff was friendly, professional and responded very well to everything we asked for. Food at the hotel restaurant was good, too. Free parking was a definitive plus. In general they´d need to renovate the rooms, carpets and walls start to be in a bad shape (though furniture and linen are just fine). The bathroom was a small disappointment as well -according to our experience in Oceania hotels the bathrooms are very comfortable, the water elements are well taken care of. That´s why the early closing of the outdoor pool for winter was disappointing, too. |

L'aspect intérieur et extérieur. Intérieur accueil + salle + bar accueillant / exterieur piscine plus terrasse très agréable. Personnel impeccable. Ma porte de chambre qui avait du mal à se fermer et à s'ouvrir. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil. |

Tres bonne isolation phonique malgre la proximité de l'autoroute.Pas de problème de parking.Signalélique correcte à la sortie de l'autoroute pour ne pas trop se perdre. |

l'accueil le manque d'indication quand on vient de la sortie 30 (de Lyon). La restauration est bonne, mais le prix me semble excessif en terme de qualité/prix; et/ il manque un menu "simple" . L'organisation du petit dejeuner : contenu, très bien. Accès pas pratique dès qu'il y a un peu de monde. |

J'ai apprécié la discrétion et le charme de l'hôtel. Le room service a été disponible à 19H10 au lieu de 19H et mon plat est arrivé avec vingt-cinq minutes de retard. J'ai eu un problème avec les chaînes de la télévision ( arte à la place de france 5 et le second jour, je n'avais plus LCI ) |
