It's location was very good. The room was clean. The pictures are false and deceiving. The rooms are different. The 4 beds means 1 large bed and 1 sofa bed. The manger on duty was extremely rude.

the room was always very nice and confortable. beautiful room and big enough bath. The check in time is after 14h00. I went to 14h30 but the room was not ready and I just stayed one day and wanted to prepare before go to the performance. They did not even say "pardon" and said the excuse. the attitude of the reception was not so kind. I always stayed this hotel and I thought it was pity this kind of impression. Otherwise, the hotel was located nice so I want to stay more here. The reception people should be more friedly to the guest.

the room's design was nice. I reserved deluxe double room and they said they upgraded my room but it was just the normal size of double room. The hotel staff was kind and nice. I called the Taxi and they arranged special taxi which was confortable and price was reasonable. The bleakfast room was very nice. When I ordered the room service, there was a long hair in the salade, it was pity. Bathtub was very small and just for very small female size.

Nice location and acceptable price. Friendly staff. No complimentary wifi, neither in room nor in lobby. For this price it should, nowadays be included.

The location the room, according to the internet photos, has nothing to relate to with the actual room itself. Room requires immediate rennovation and 215 euros per night for the simple double room is just not justified at all to say the least Stayed one night instead of three

Nice location, ambiance, great staff. Only one complaint. The room while small, had no storage space for clothing. No shelves or drawers. We were forced to live out of suitcases for 4 days. We would recommend to others with the caveat that they make sure this problem does not occur.

The location is excellent, a little expensive for the size of the room (tiny double room) but considering the benefit of the location it was acceptable. The staff were pleasant and assisted where possible. Unfortunately we did not speak French so this did cause some confusion at times as their English was not great either. The size of the double room and the pillows were dreadful.

I am so happy with my choice to stay at Hotel Mayfair. I have never been to Paris so with the vast amount of hotels, I felt totally overwhelmed. In addition, I had read a lot of reviews where people complained that other hotels were in bad areas, or how small the rooms were, how rude the staff could be or that the rooms were dirty. I think when reading reviews it's important to take into account the person writing them. Being in Europe I was expecting things to be different and looking forward to it. The location of Hotel Mayfair is excellent, especially for the first timer in Paris. In addition, the staff was very accommodating. They worked hard to make us feel like valued guests. The rooms were spotlessly clean!!!

A beautiful hotel located on a side street in a fantastic area of Paris. Short walking distance to Louvre and multiple museums as well as many delightful restaurants. Hotel is lovely, we were delighted with our choice. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly and were wonderful in assisting us in providing information about getting around in the city. Our room was just beautiful, spacious and immaculate. We would absolutlely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Paris.

The staff at the hotel reception and at breakfast were courteous and helpful. The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the Place de la Concorde. The bathroom was clean and a reasonable size. The room was as advertised but it was fairly small and had no view. The breakfast was tasty but a little over-priced at 20 euros.

Clean hotel in a convenient location - restaurants and subway station nearby. Staff was not very friendly. The non-Caucasian staff members were nicer than the Caucasian/French staff members.

Terrific location, close to metro and attractions. Friendly staff in a cozy environment with small number of guest rooms. Expensive for a no frill hotel.
