Seems to be issue with this hotel and booking.com in terms of WIFI. When I booked in November 2014 through Booking.com I got free WIFI. When I booked similarly in March I got no free WIFI. It costs 10 Euros a day. A notice in the hotel said that if guests book directly through the hotel's website they get free WIFI, but if they don't they pay, but this didn't square with my previous stay. I think if you are used to a hotel with a lot of facilities (free WIFI, breakfast incl., business centre, gym, bar etc.) and quite lively, then this isn't the hotel for you. Apart from this, it is great in every way and clean. But do check that you have breakfast included via booking.com (again, it seems to vary) as it costs around 18 Euros per day.
Location really. It is clean, very well presented and quiet. The staff are very polite and highly presented. A perfect hotel for a couple looking for a quiet weekend.
The price could be better. Breakfast should be included. Free fi wi
The rooma are clean beautiful. Staff is amazing. I would defenitely stayi there again. Exelent location.
Everything in the property was dated - beds, showers, elevators, lobby, restaurant/bar area
-No free wifi -Uncomfortable bed -Small room&bathroom
-Very close to everywhere in the city center -Very close to metro -Heating is good enough
I could not believe that the hotel did not provide free Wi-Fi. But worse, the Wi-Fi it did provide was €15 for only an hour. One could not even get an all day Wi-Fi service. In 2014, Wi-Fi service at a top-notch hotel such as this should be available 24 hours, especially if they are going to charge for it. And to add insult to injury, one could not even get a free internet connection on the hotel's business center computer - you STILL had to pay.
Great location, clean, stylish, comfortable, good service.
The wi-fi worked fine, but having to pay for it is so 5 years ago. Nobody does that anymore.
The furnishings, carpet, curtains seemed outdated and the room was overly heated (i had to wake up in the middle of the night to open up the windows, eventhough i had turned off the heatin using the thermostat in the room). When I arrived the bathroom had a terrible smell which they were fixing as I was arriving. Very shocked to hear that even with the price I paid thre was no free wifi- I'm not sure how any hotel (even in Paris) can get away with that.
Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. They were really great guides. They also provided me with an upper storey room on the 5th floor as I requested (even the room window opened up to a wall on the other side). The room was eough for a single traveller. The bathroom was spacious and seemed to have new fittings
no complimentary water, no coffee machine or water heater and very very slow paid wifi. However after we complained the hotels manager provided all the above for free and he said they are currently in the process of fixing their wifi network.

Room is very dated. Needs new carpet and better furniture in Junior Suite....no comfortable chairs or seating.
I have stayed at the Mayfair for many times. Love the location, staff and accommodations. I will always stay at the Mayfair......
It is a small and intimate hotel. I would have liked a bar, lounge where people could go at the end of the day. We went to the bar once but no one was there. We would have liked a bit more action but plenty of places close by so not really a negative.
The location can't be beat. You are very close to everything! It was our first time to Paris, we walked everywhere and took the subway and it was so easy and so close. Walk to the Louvre, Orangerie, the Opera, Galleries Lafayette, Printemps, D'orsay, the Seine,Place de Concorde, we even walked to the Eiffel Tower! Small, boutique hotel, welcoming staff and really perfect. It was a great price compared to other hotels in this kind of location. Also, they arranged an airport taxi for our return trip for 60 euros and put it right on our bill. The driver was excellent, knew every short cut to avoid traffic. Maybe they will arrange upon arrival too, we didn't know to ask.
Excellent location and good staff. Nice bedroom and toilet.
1- Charging for Wi-Fi. 2- Overpriced.
1- Location. 2- Quiet and clean.
An excellent location with amazing staff and very good facilities. It is the second time we are visiting the hotel and we would go there again.
We thought that €25 was a bit steep for a full breakfast and stuck to the €15 continental, which was perfectly adequate.
We received a hugely friendly welcome from the staff, who helped us to sort out parking our car in the garage around the corner. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too, with plenty to choose from. We only stayed for three nights, but would definitely use this hotel again.
Great location and price! Lovely staff willing to help. Recommend requesting a street view.
Location was perfect for walking to everything, museums, dinner, shopping. Staff was very attentive Room was perfect as we were traveling with out 17yo daughter.
The hallways and suite seemed a bit run down. Our room faced a brick wall so that was not desirable - we didnt feel safe keeping out windows open for air....the air conditioning did not work well at all. Overall, a nice hotel but very pricey.
Your staff was so helpful and friendly. The lobby area was quaint and classy. The amount of space in the suite was really great. The shampoo, soap etc were very nice. The location was ideal!
Close to important tourist locations Staff was wonderful and very helpful Very clean and comfortable
-super location -excellent staff, ready to help -a wonderful value
The room did not have a good view. The food menu can be a little more expansive.
I like that the hotel was small boutique and the staff paid attention to the guests. The location was excellent and close to all the sites and easy to work around.
A bit of street noise as windows are not very well insulated. Only bad night was honking during the Wold Cup which is to be expected.
Large room, especially for Paris. Partial view of park from large balcony. Excellent decor and staff.
wifi was poor
Staff was very helpful in arranging transportation and addressing any of our concerns.
We stay in the first floor, cannot see the great views outside.
The location is great, the service man is very nice and helpful.
