Spacious room by Paris standards. Fairly receptive staff. Close to all major attractions and luxurious shopping area. We stayed on higher floor, the room definitely needs repairing, looked a bit shabby. Minibar and food too expensive. Quite far (by Parisian standards) from bus stops. In fact, only one bus close to the hotel, and not the one to explore Paris... What we really disliked is so-called care for the environment. The hotel web-site claims that air conditioning is not functionig during winter season only. |

Nice little hotel, very central location. Recently renovated. Staff forgets completing the requests made over the phone. The system of connecting to the WIFI is a bit too old-fashioned. |

The location of the hotel was superb. The room was quite spacious and had 2 double balcony doors opening out onto the main street. Overall, a very nice hotel. The car parkign facility was not ideal as it was a short distance from the hotel and was badly damaged on our return. Generally the staff were nice but the female manager was quite rude - so much so that I would never stay there again if I knew she was still there. |

The excellent manner in which guests are looked after by hotel staff, they couldn't do any more for you. The location of the hotel is also absolutely superb. |

Service was great..1 Problem--we were to arrive on monday the 18th of aug---our flight was cancelled for 1 day--i called the hotel and reabooked for an additional day22ND to the 23rd, I was told I would not be charged for the 18th. When I checked out on daturday I was charge3d fir the exrtra day as the weekend mgr didn't have the authority even though it was noted in the computor..he advised me That he the manager would have my amex reimbursed for the day I waasn't there..please do so and notify me of the deposit, |

El Personal. La habitación muy comoda y amplia. La Ubicacion, en el centro de todo Cargaron en mi tarjeta 280 Euros el dia que hice la reserva. Despues me presentaron la factura por el total sin descontar este importe. Les pague el Total Hotel. Tengo reclamada esta cantidad de 280 Euros, pero todavía no he recibido contestación del Hotel. Espero que me lo solucionen. |

De ligging van het hotel is erg goed ,het ligt in een zijstraat van de Rue de Rivoli en dus erg dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden.Het personeel was erg attent en aardig.We verbleven in de famliekamer met twee wat oudere kinderen en dit is erg goed bevallen door de twee afzonderlijke slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden. Als ik iets moet noemen ,het feit dat de kamer op de begane grond lag en daardoor niet zoveel uitzicht had,maar dat hebben andere kamers denk ik ook niet door de smalle straat waaraan dit hotel ligt. |
