This hotel is conveniently placed near Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est train stations. All the soundproofed rooms were refurbished in 2007, and some boast a view of the Eiffel Tower.

Location and front office staff helpful
The morning staff who manages the reception counter was an excellent help. He was forever helpful. An asset to the hotel.
I was greeted by 2 different night staff during my stay. I was not happy with one (the more matured one). He was not helpful at all when i asked him on directions to disneyland if i take the train. Maybe i approached him at the wrong time as he was watching either the news or drama. This is no excuse for his sloppy answer to me!
The location was excellent near gar de nord station
Room very small
You can easily walk to shopping and other attractions. Metro and restaurants are also close. Wifi worked fine.
The brakfast is poor and you get more value for money if you eat in the neighbourhood. Only one powerconnector/room. Not enough when you need to recharge both mobilephone, camera, iphone, etc.
We were only in Paris for one day. The staff agreed to us dropping our bags off earlier than the check-in time which allowed us to make the most of our wonderful day. The room was great and so close to the station that there were no worries the next day making our train.
No shower curtain. We felt bad for making a bit of a mess of the bathroom.
Rooms and bedding are old and outdated. Me and my wife were bitten by lice in the bed during the early hours. The desk person did not offer any help or ownership.
Within easy reach of station and public transport
There was no fridge
Nothing except its location
Everything.. Very rude staff. For everything you have to go on your own to the reception and they wont provide you anything like room service.. Very Rude Reception person(Morning shift) andhe smiled only once when I was leaving hotel.. Will never go to this hotel in future.
Good Location, Friendly Staff Good Wi Fi
Bathroom was very smelly Bathroom has Tub without Curtains No water out in Bathroom Wall paper was old and teary
location, lift, staff,
noisy from street
No exhaust, no fan or AC, hot weather
Very close to Gare due Nord. Staff were friendly. Bed clean and comfortable. Suited our purpose. Just needed somewhere to sleep convenient to metro. Plenty of places to eat close by. If this is all you need it's OK.
Could do with a bit of a face lift. Furnishings and decor a bit dated. Situated on a busy road so very noisy with windows open.
Hotel is very worn although bathroom had been redone. Carpets were seedy and looked like they need a good clean. Lift is so tiny could not fit the suitcases and people in at same time. OK for a one night stay handy to Gard du Nord but would not stay again.
Good location Friendly staff Nice big room (41) Good breakfast Plenty of hot water
Wifi didn't reach the room No air conditioning so was quite hot
Facilities & breakfast, waiting for check-in, very small room as double bed room, no comfort in room, suffocating type room.
The location, is great, the WIFI is great, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Pricing is fair, value for money. Room size was ok.
The fact that we woke up with bites, not sure what it was probably bed bugs, really spoiled it for us. we went and bought a bug spay and sprayed the room. The lift OMG, the smallest lift I have ever seen.
Paper thin walls--extremely LOUD shrieking/moaning from room down the hall at 1-3am, neighbour using bathroom almost sounds like he's in our room, too much carpeting and room might not have been cleaned before we came in--only a little toilet paper left on the roll and toilet had fecal remnants still in it from the last guests...and we found BEDBUGS crawling onto our laptop/phone chargers , and base of bed. Paid for two nights, stayed for only half of the 1st night--so gross. Had to leave immediately. Got 38 bites from my shoulders, in clusters and lines down my back to my upper thigh. NEVER AGAIN.
Only location- close to the train station
Service, noise, clearness .
Great location. Very helpful and considerate staff.
We were OK staying at this hotel and found it close to the amenities we needed for a very short stay in Paris. We were happy there was hot water, and that we had a window to open to get fresh air before we went to sleep, but this had to be closed as the balcony was for more than one unit.
The rooms do need updating as the furniture and carpets are old. We also found the hallway to be very dark. it was also hot and stuffy at night, so would be nice to have at least a fan to get some air circulating.
Great location .
The room no air cord .
The location is really good, 5 minutes walking distance from "Gare du Nord". It was a good choice for me that wanted a place to sleep over before my early train. Reception was helpful and polite.
From the outside it looks as they are renovating. From inside the, specially the room, need a renovation. The carpet, curtain and general aspect is outworn.
We needed a place to stay overnight before catching the first train to the airport (our primary destination had been Caen). Very close to the station, which was our main requirement. Friendly and helpful manager. Nice view from last floor balconies!
The noise level from the street at night was very high. The carpet in the room was quite stained + overall condition of the blankets and furniture was questionable in terms of age.
We arrived in Paris late at night via Eurostar from London, and was leaving with rental car the next morning, so the location is most important. It's very close to Gare du Nord, with good value for the price. The frontdesk is very helpful and patient, even though we only stayed for one night. Dont' expect too much with the price, esp. The lift is really old but interesting to me--only one suitcase and one person at a time, but the room is ok and the bathroom is spacious enough for this price. In a word, I've got what I've paid for and i'm more than satisfied~我们很晚坐从伦敦到巴黎的欧洲之星，第二天一早要在北站取租车走的，所以这家很近，价钱又很- 便宜，符合我们的要求。
It'll surely be better if the bedsheets are cleaner-- not that they're not clean--, but really nothing to complain about.床单什么都还干净，当然如果更干净更好啦，可是对于不挑剔的人都还好滴~
