Good quiet location in the old town. Near to Tram stop which took you in to Clermont. Very good breakfast. Very friendly owner and wife who looked after guests well. Room a little spartan but more than adequate - very clean. Car parking on site (for 5 cars) but large public car park outside the front of the hotel. Budget hotel so you get what you pay for. However, more than adequate.

Good location for rugby fans for Clermont Auvergne (we weren't) and to see old town of Montferrand, but it did feel rather isolated as current town centre is 2 miles away. Good parking right outside, but this would not be available Thursday night into Friday due to market. Very friendly and helpful staff but this didn't make up for the short-comings. Very basic family room, with 1 double and 3 single beds squashed in. The picture on line flatters! Right on the edge of town with nothing much around. Noisy at about 1.30am when the pub next door closed. Would also probably be noisy very early in the morning on Fridays when there is a market in the square out-side, but we were luckily not there on a Friday.

Free parking, but dodgie area. It didn't look safe to leave the car at night. Staff not very friendly.Lack of light in corridors to get to the room. Very noisy at night: It was hot, and we had to leave windows open...and the hotel is in an area full of pubs and bars.Quilts and blankets on beds were not appropiate for time of year (july) plus they didn't look clean. Free wifi.

Petit déjeuner très bien. Possibilité de chambre familiale pour 5, rare à trouver. Literie très mauvaise. Le sommier de notre lit 2 places était tellement en cuvette que nous avons fini (à 2h du matin) par mettre le matelas par terre pour réussir à dormir !

Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et le personnel sympathique et accueillant. La literie mérite d'être changée et la moquette dans la chambre familiale n'est pas hygiénique. La salle de bain est spacieuse mais le rideau de douche n'est lui non plus pas hygiénique. Enfin les murs de la chambre familiale auraient besoin d'être rafraichis.

Pas du tout adapté pour un lit supplémentaire comme proposé lors de la reservation et payant nous sommes arrivés dans une pièce avec la tête du lit double au milieu de la chambre ceci pour installer le lit sup qui a d'ailleurs cassé au milieu de la nuit...Patron pas trop aimable
