Good value basic and adequate facilities, family room, close to autoroute, self serve breakfast. Everything we needed for a short overnight stop. Arriving late on a Sunday night we needed to find a meal. Nothing nearby - some information in reception would have been helpful. |

The price is cheap and the surroundings are clean and quiet. The wireless internet service is bad. You should drop the ad for providing free Internet service. The attitude of the hotel manager (male) is not good. I was scold by this mean guy. I asked to return breakfast fee in advance when I knew I had to leave very early the hotel, but they ignored my request.Is that your hotel policy not to return any fee? |

Easy of booking in, staff etc As with our previous visit to anther of your hotels, we found the ladder access very poor if not dangerous. Square section of ladder tubing very uncomfortable under foot and I found final entry onto bed level very disconcerting. I am 46 years of age and had just been snowboarding!!!! |

It was good value for money as a stopover for the night. We had read that the nearby night club was very noisy so we requested a room on the other side. However, we did not get this and the noise of the night club kept us awake until the early hours. |

le hall d'accueil est lumineux et agréable. J'ai trouvé l'hôtel assez calme; pas trop de passage. Un peu éloigné des grands axes mais pas trop tout de meme. J'ai passé un bon séjour et si je dois retourner à Troyes je choisirai à nouveau cet hotel dont le rapport qualité prix m'a plu. J'ai juste une critique au sujet de la douche dont le jet manquait de pression sinon je n'ai rien à dire sur l'hotel que j'ai trouvé tout à fait correct. |

Ma réservation entrait dans le cadre d'un voyage professionnel, pour lequel mon budget est limité, donc c'est le tarif qui m'a fait arrivé à cet hôtel --> le rapport qualité prix est bon ; l'hôtel est très calme ; le petit déjeuner correct. les chambres sont propres. L'inconvénient est l'éloignement de l'hôtel de la ville et surtout de toute restauration --> cependant le personnel a sur m'indiquer un livreur de repas donc le problème s'est solutionné Bravo ! Le confort est toujours très spartiate dans ce type d'hôtel dont j'ai l'habitude mais il serait bon de revoir le système de douche qui ne permet vraiment pas de se doucher sans mettre de l'eau partout !! Une douche avec pommeau détachable permettrait d'éviter cela. |
