We liked the balcony with a little table and view of the sea-- but the street was noisy at night. The bed was quite comfortable. The Internet price was ok. The bathroom had a towel warmer. The room was not too small. There was a parking lot for our car. The hotel has a beachy feel to it which was nice. We were able to easily get a bus to town and walk back. There was no tea maker in the room. The floors are wooden so were cold-- we were there in October. |

We went to the hotel 2 days earlier( because of weather disrupting our plans) than the original 2 day booking and the receptionist was excellent in accomodating us even by changing someone elses room so that we could have the same room for our stay. All the staff were excellent and very helpful. Hotel was excellently presented for a 3 star. Because we were out if season their restaurant on the beach was closed and only breakfast was served in the hotel which meabt we had to go out to eat in the evening. This would not have been too bad except the weather was awful (rain)- not the hotel's fault if course- but it meatnt we got wet more often |

The way that the staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. People shouldnt be put off with the 3 star rating its a brilliant hotel. We booked a double bedroom we actually got twin beds and told we should have put a special request for a double bed confusing to say the least also to the rear of the hotel is a building site people should be made aware. |

Location, smart room and wonderful balcony. Felt really at ease and would return. Struggling to be negative but the patio door didn't lock. Maybe on the fifth floor that is not important! |

With a balcony on the sea, an high speed Internet access and a very comfortable room, this hotel can be either used as a business as well as a tourism hotel, even is the second is clearly the main aim... An excellent value for the price (low season) |

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The posistion of the hotel is very convenient, within a level walk of the shops etc If you have a room with a sea view, the road noise is not good |

Great location on the beachfront and within reasonable walking distance of Menton. Supermarket across the road if needed. The railway station (Menton North) a 7min walk away to catch the train to Monaco. Quite modern room and reasonably spacious. A great, quieter alternative to staying in Monaco which was noisy & crowded. Breakast buffet was OK, but had to pay extra $$$ for cooked food. One of the waiters appeared a bit of a "breakfast Nazi" monitoring everyone who came in and pounced on you as soon as you approached the buffet. However, on another morning, a different waiter was much more pleasant. |

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind, this hotel deserves more than the 3 star rating! The rooms are big, spacious and stylish and have a nice bathroom. The bar and lounge area is comfortable and welcome and they have everything from coffees to cocktails. A great hotel. |

The Hotel have a nice restaurant/bar at the beach with chairs available to the guests I just think that with the price of the room the breakfast should be inclueded. 11€ per person per day is too much. |
