rooms are extreemly small. in the toilets (appart from bathroom) there is no room for legs!!! brekfast is poor. i will not come back again.

Good location, just across the road from the Prodains cable car, the nearest ski shop, and the bottom of a (fairly tricky) blue run down from Avoriaz itself. We weren't on half board but did eat dinner in a couple of nights and the food was good.

Very little to complain about. Our superior room wasn't enormous, but perfectly adequate. The ski storage room could have been a little bigger (as the hotel was fairly full this was a bit of a squeeze). Worth bearing in mind that the cable car to Avoriaz and the ski bus to Morzine stop fairly early weekdays (approx 9pm) and there is not much happening around the hotel itself.

The location was perfect if you want ski in and ski out, and don't mind being far from any night life scene. The common area has several places to sit and relax and games and puzzles. The half board dinners were very good, and the desserts were amazing. The sauna was perfect.

They need to keep the porridge and eggs if they are serving them that day filled up and stocked through the whole breakfast time. The days we were there the porridge was empty in the first 15 minutes and never refilled. Same with the scrambled eggs. It would also be nice to have loaf bread to toast rather than baguettes and more of a selection of meats and cheese. Skiers need protein ! Lastly if the hydrotherapy pool was 38 deg C instead of 32 deg C it would be really inviting and soothing after a day skiing. It was more like a warm bath than a hot tub.

The room was good, the facilities good, staff very friendly and attentive and the half board food was excellent.

It is a normal 3-stars hotel with very good location.

Is not possible to reach the hotel parking without winter tyres.

Excellent fireplace, dinner and dessert

Every time you must check your bill because the staff often made mistakes and try to earn as much money as they can. The jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna located in different places and very uncomfortable. Once in the jacuzzi has been added so much chlorine that we just did not get the whole family poisoning. When I asked to extend our staying for another day they've added to the account an amount much higher than we were paying before. The breakfast the poorest I have ever seen.

Comfortable room with good storage and separate loo. Balcony. Clean, stylish and attractive decor. Good ski boot room facility.

Unfriendly front of house staff. Smiling but charmless. Did not put down phone when we arrived. Kept us waiting for ages when we were trying to leave and nearly missed flight. In particular staff were not children friendly - seemed to resent having them. Breakfast of coffee and croissant was eur14 seemed too much. staff did litlle to help guests deal with heavy snow. fromt step was not swept for 2 days and pathe from car park to back entrance was only partially cleare. parking was difficult as snow was not cleared in car park. no help woth luggage from car.

Ski lifts and ski hire right outside hotel saved time and effort! Hotel had cosy 'Swiss chalet' feel and our bedroom was spotlessly clean with refurbished bathroom. Hotel staff were helpful, polite and firendly. Food was very good and well presented at evening meal. Chef catered well for gluten free diet, although it was more limited at breakfast. (glad I took my own cereal and bread). Would definitley stay there again.

Swimming pool and spa could do with being a higher temperature. Would go to the hotel/ resort earlier in the season than Easter when there would hopefully be more snow since Avoriaz isn't the highest of resorts.

Hotel was very comfortable and ideally situated for access to the skiing area. Food was a very good standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It's location, very close to the cable car up to Avoriaz and chair lifts. Pleasant and cosy.

A little too far for skiing in Morzine.

The location was close to the ski slopes and the hot tub and swimming pool was a lovely addition

We felt for the price of the hotel internet access should have been complimentary. They charged extortionate prices for 4 hours where every other ski resort offers the service with no charge.Also thought the hotel restaurant prices were a bit expensive.

The hotel was a very nice and clean hotel and the staff where most helpfull and friendly

Personeel was niet altijd even vriendelijk. Drie personen kamer was te klein voor 3 volwassenen Beperkte keuze bij ontbijt.
