We booked the hotel at the last minute for a business trip. Would normally have looked at the big chains in central Paris but they were all full due to the airshow. As it happened the hotel was in a good location (2 mins from the Arc de Triomphe), was clean and had friendly staff. The rooms are small, but adequate and the rate for central Paris was actually quite fair. Rooms just a touch on the small side.

Small room, ok clean but old rusty rubber around the shower, just a little soap and shampoo and an internet connection that was not working that great. It would be ok for a "Paris" price of 110euros a night but definitely not for 245 euros!!!!!!! At that price, it's an absolute and ridiculous rip-off.

Chambres 6 et 7 isolées / revoir déco dans le couloir pour y accéder (moquette notamment). Propreté ok. Déco : peut mieux faire. Rapport qualité/prix moyen.

Le personnel est agréable. J'ai pu avoir une chambre calme avec fenêtre sur cour plutôt que sur rue sur simple demande. Cet hôtel ne serait pas si mal pour un 2 étoiles, mais il ne vaut vraiment pas le 3 étoiles même s'il y a bien un coffre, un mini-bar et de la moquette dans les chambres! Alors forcément je suis entrée pensant trouver la qualité d'un * * * et par conséquent j'ai été bien déçue. La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer ! Protège-slip retrouvé dans le placard en sortant une couverture... La luminosité dans les chambres est mauvaise et seulement une lampe sur deux fonctionne ! Ce ne serait pas un luxe de changer la robineterie de la salle d'eau. Malgré une réservation "single avec bain", j'ai eu une chambre avec une douche. L'ascenseur est très lent. Ainsi ce serait satisfaisant pour un 2 étoiles (malgré la surprise dans le placard).

Хорошее месторасположение. Ежедневная уборка, полотенца меняют каждый день, в ванной чисто. Персонал приветливый. Старая обшарпанная мебель. Старые обои, паутина по стенам.

Lo que más me ha gustado es su ubicación y la amabilidad del personal de recepción. La moqueta en la habitación, responsable de alergias. Es el tipico hotel de 3 estrellas en Paris, y por lo tanto no se puede`pedir grandes cosas.

L'équipe en place nous a réservé un accueil agréable. Hôtel fort bien situé, entre l'Arc de Triomphe et les Champs Elysées avec toutes les commodités nécessaires à proximité (restaurants, supérette, métro, ...) Le petit déjeuner est fort léger pour 12 €

Gostei da localização do hotel e das acomodações. O café da manhã pareceu bem pior desde a última vez em que eu havia me hospedado no hotel Neva. As toalhas de mesa estavam realmente muito sujas e a arrumação das mesas muito desorganizada. Também havia pouca variedade de iogurtes, pães e nenhuma fruta.
