The location is good and the staff helpful. The pool is small but warm and clean. The breakfast is excellent. The tea/coffee making facilities had been removed from the room since our last stay which we felt was poor. |

Central location, spacious and comfortable room, good balcony 1. Coffee machine in room did not work and there were no instructions with it. Two requests to attend to problem were ignored. 2. Bar closed at 10.30 p.m. and minibar was empty on arrival late in the evening. Therefore no refreshments were available at hotel on arrival. Stocking minibar had to be requested by filling in a form. 3. Some of the toiletries in bathroom were not restocked each day. 4. Plug in sink did not work. 5. Staff, although efficient, did not offer minimal courtesies. For example, when we checked out there was no word of thanks or enquiry about our stay. For the price of the room, the hotel was punching above its weight. The staff should pay more attention to detail and the needs of the guests. |

Great location, near the main shopping area and short walk to the seafront and old town. The hotel staff were very helpful from the day we arrived. We were greeted with a map of Nice which had the hotel location on it and contact details incase we got lost. Lovely spa are which consists of a small pool, sauna and jacuzzi, very nice. Breakfast can be included in the room rate however we decided to go elsewhere for food. There was a small fridge in our room so we were able to stock it with food. Not sure if all rooms have these though, we stayed in an executive room. |

Great location only 10 minute walk to sea front and short distance from tram route. Our first floor room was above the breakfast room and the noise of chairs being moved around at 6:30am was a problem. We were given room 123. |

very friendly and efficient staff. Much larger room than expected, spacious bathroom. Perfect location close to Vieux Nice and Promenade des Anglais and ideal if you come by car, because of the parking facilities. |

This hotel was in a good location, safe and fairly central. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The staff were good. It could use some updating in the rooms. They were probably in very nice shape a few years ago. Now some of the furniture is in quite rough shape. Also, they should not offer internet @ 9 EUR/day. If anything it should be free because of the poor connection. |

The location of the hotel is fantastic, the reception staff are very welcoming and hospitable I found it very expensive staying here due to the fact that guests must pay for any coffee they require for their room at 70cents per sachet, even when you had paid for it you did not receive any further milk or sugars etc aart from the two in the room on arrival. |

Location near to centre of town and provision of parking for car. We were three adults but the third bed was only a put-up bed rather than a proper single. The hotel was chosen partly because I was looking for a 3-bedded room. The car park was a bit scary because it was like going into a cave especially at level -2. |

Excellent location - close to Galerie de Lafayette and other shopping malls and 5 mins walk from the sea. Close to tram system, to Gare. Excellent staff - very nice and helpful. Very clean and modern hotel. Large rooms, great bed, clean new bathroom. And it's not expensive for Nice. Strongly recommend! Everything was great. |

The hotel staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel is very handy for sightseeing. We used the pool which was good but it would be better if it is possible to remove the roof in the summer |

The staff were incredibly friendly to myself and my children and very helpful with any queries we had. The hotel is scrupulously clean. It is not at all 'tired' as I had read in other reviews. There is no smell of the swimming pool in the lobby or anywhere in the hotel! The best thing about the hotel is its amazing location. You can walk anywhere in Nice from there. It is so central. It is a very safe and quiet area. The breakfast is nice but if you don't want to have it, you can go two minutes to a supermarket called 'Casino' and buy anything you want. We did this many mornings having been shown where the supermarket was by the staff, they didn't mind a bit when we brought bags of food into the hotel. |
