Nice Riviera  

The staff were very helpful and friendly, as are the people of Nice! The hotel had some good ammenities such as the pool, hot tub and sauna- although not very big it was adequate for a quick relaxing session before heading out for the evening. The family rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars located close by with a 5 minute walk to the riviera, which also had wonderful bars/ restaurants to relax by the sea.

From the moment we checked in , we were so impressed with this hotel ! It was top class , kids loved it and so did we ! Air con brilliant , rooms beautiful , location fantastic ! Will definitely go back there again ! Thank you to all the wonderful staff !

Excellent location, good size room.

Very few facilities and very small bar and restaurant. Cost of breakfast was extortionate.

The pool was cool to have and the jacuzzi. Also the staff had great English and manners.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the location is great for a weekend trip to Nice.

Disturbed by hotel noise in the early morning. Room on 5th floor though I asked for "not above first". Plug on basis leaks badly - terrible waste of hot water ! A pity it doesn't have a restaurant (apart from breakfast)

NR is just 5 minutes away from the beach. The staff is friendly. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is excellent. The fitness room with a pool and a jacuzzi is small but clean and nice. NR is a hotel to recommend.

Excellent staff, good service

Not a 4 **** hotel at all. This hotel is a good 3*** hotel, a little outdated and need of a upgrade.

Great location next to shopping and restaurants and short walk to beach, staff always helpful and cheerful, free internet at desktop provided/room quite due to extra dividing door and quite aircon unit.

Overall hotel needs a makeover/smell of chlorine in foyer and restuarant/happy with rate paid but extremely better rates applied to uk visitors.

The staff that was very kind

Advertised as a spa hotel no info about it in the hotel apart from a poster next to the lifts. The breakfast was a joke and there was no restaurant in the hotel. The swimming pool was the size of a toy, not to mention the gym, two bikes by the side of the pool, therefore a big difference between their brochure and the reality. Is it really a four star hotel ????

The staff were great and helpful, the room comfortable and quiet so functional for a business trip combined with a city break. Nice to have a pool but it is very small.

I was disappointed when I arrived at my room since it seemed a bit shabby - not what I expect from a 4 star. There were also no tea & coffee making facilities in the room which is fine if you have 24 hour room servive but I could not get any hot drinks after 10:30 pm which was frustrating. The hotel was functional and the room nice and quiet, just oversold.

Room service could be improved, especially possibility to get dinner delivered in the room. 8:00 p.m. is far too late when you travel with young children.

Soft boiled eggs were not standard at breakfast, but this is a detail compared to our overall positive view of this hotel
