The hotel is being advertised as a 4 star and it is not much more then a 2.5 star my wife and I were happy to book one of the rooms with a balcony for 8 nights as it looked good on the web page, well it was nothing further from the truth, the carpet, bed covers and blinds are old and dirty, we never set on the bed without moving the covers out the way first and we would not dare to walk on the carpet without some foot protection, both the room and the bathroom are small and no room to move, the balcony itself is dirty and a lot of noise is coming from the street so that was not all that relaxing. So please do not be fooled as we have been by the photos and advertisement and save your money and stay at a different 2.5 star hotel. The hotel is in need of a complete renovation or to be just used for backpackers.

I actually live close to Nice for some of the year but it was near Valantines Day and my partner said she wanted to go swimming. So I Googled for a hotel with an indoor pool and your site came up (once again) as much cheaper than others to book through. So we called the hotel to make sure the pool was in use and then booked. With free access to the pool, jaccuzi and sauna it was fun.

The pool was too cold to stay in for long and that spoiled our enjoyment somewhat as it was our only reason for being there. It it not large and could get very crowded at busier times. There are no English tv channels except France 24 news unless you pay 26 euros a day for access (which also gives you internet access). Parking is another 20 euros a day so your 120 euros a day room could soon cost you near on 160.

All staff uniformly friendly & helpful. Good breakfasts. Comfortable foyer. Comfortable room.

Disturbed by hotel noise in the early morning. Room on 5th floor though I asked for "not above first". Plug on basis leaks badly - terrible waste of hot water ! A pity it doesn't have a restaurant (apart from breakfast)

NR is just 5 minutes away from the beach. The staff is friendly. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is excellent. The fitness room with a pool and a jacuzzi is small but clean and nice. NR is a hotel to recommend.

Excellent staff, good service

Not a 4 **** hotel at all. This hotel is a good 3*** hotel, a little outdated and need of a upgrade.

Great location next to shopping and restaurants and short walk to beach, staff always helpful and cheerful, free internet at desktop provided/room quite due to extra dividing door and quite aircon unit.

Overall hotel needs a makeover/smell of chlorine in foyer and restuarant/happy with rate paid but extremely better rates applied to uk visitors.

The staff that was very kind

Advertised as a spa hotel no info about it in the hotel apart from a poster next to the lifts. The breakfast was a joke and there was no restaurant in the hotel. The swimming pool was the size of a toy, not to mention the gym, two bikes by the side of the pool, therefore a big difference between their brochure and the reality. Is it really a four star hotel ????

The staff were great and helpful, the room comfortable and quiet so functional for a business trip combined with a city break. Nice to have a pool but it is very small.

I was disappointed when I arrived at my room since it seemed a bit shabby - not what I expect from a 4 star. There were also no tea & coffee making facilities in the room which is fine if you have 24 hour room servive but I could not get any hot drinks after 10:30 pm which was frustrating. The hotel was functional and the room nice and quiet, just oversold.

Ottima la posizione in centro città ed a pochi passi da tutto promenade compresa, confortevole la piscina/sauna/idromassaggio fino a tarda sera, parcheggio auto comodo(ringrazio per l'utilizzo anche dopo il check-out)

Ho soggiornato nella camera executive per un week end. Arredamento recente ed in tono, bagno non modernissimo ma pulito, ottima dotazione "di serie" delle amenities, ho trovato pulizia anche nella piscina, nella sauna e nella jacuzzi. Il parcheggio è un pò caro ma comodo, ho evitato la colazione in albergo ma nelle vicinanze ci sono vari bar a prezzo più che accettabile.

Honteux pour un soi disant 4 étoiles, rapport qualité prix médiocre. Chambres exécutives: exigu, déco vieillotte, finitions bâclées (papier peint décollé, peinture faite à la va-vite), literie épouvantable. Petit dej: on se croirait dans un réfectoire scolaire, piscine ça peut aller, le jacuzzi, on a pas osé s'y mettre vu le scandaleux état de crasse dans lequel il était. Espace fitness, 3 minables machine posées dans un coin à coté de la piscine. Liste non-exhaustive

Buona posizione a due passi dalla zona pedonale

La zona fitness è molto trascurata: le apparecchiature non funzionano a dovere e non c'è manutenzione. L'idromassaggio è impraticabile perché l'acqua è fredda e I getti non funzionano regolarmente. La doccia prepiscina ha solo acqua fredda.... Le camere hanno un arredamento scadente e il decoro lascia molto a desiderare. Il bagno ha delle fughe tra le piastrelle con "polvere" datata, non è confortevole e manca di scaldasalviette.
