Staff were pleasant and we were only about 5-10 minutes from the Metro line...easy access and they did not gouge you for the morning breakfast...would certainly return. |

Good value for money! Clean nice and simple room! Location is a bit dodgy, but still ok. Came back at night and had no problems at all nor felt unsafe. |

Situated in a dangerous area in our opinion -The Parking isn't free as mentioned on the website we had to pay 5€ - not safe at night with no street lights near the Metro.It is not five minutes from the centre. The bathrooms were badly equipped because we tried three bedrooms which all had a faulty shower.The top cover on the bed was dirty and not hygenic.One of the bedside lights didn't work.One of the bedrooms we tried was supposed to be 'No Smoking' though we could smell the cigarettes etc.Not a good hotel for tourists with families.We are not young people and my wife has cancer so this wasn't a good hotel for us.We always stay in the Citotels but this the most uncomfortable Citotel we have tried in France. |

The secure car parking was very much appreciated and the reception staff were very helpful En-suite toilet was very cramped. A stout or taller person would not have been able to use it comfortably. Breakfast was disappointing.The surrounding area was downtrodden. |

cleanliness of room and safe car parking I felt uncomfortable walking in the area outside the hotel, we drove into Lille, which we needed to do for an evening meal. |

Excellent, helpful staff who were very welcoming. Proper hotel with everything you would expect. Money was obviously being spent to improve it with new carpets in the room and corridors. Budget price too! |

Although the hotel is along a fairly busy main road, nothing is heard inside. Hotel should be awarded for superior noise-insulation-scheme. Just a few meters too far walking from Métro Ligne 2 station Porte d'Arras, but bus 50 offers a reasonable connection from the hotel to station Porte des Postes. Unbend and intelligent staff. Separate bathroom and separate toilet in the room. Neighborhood is not 5-star, but very interesting for sociologists and anthropologists. Room prices vary through the seasons, but for the price I paid - this was absolutely top-class. |

We hunted and capture a large cockroach (blattaria) in our room, we delivered it to the reception and complain, so far no excuse or compensation from the hotel. Therefore our comment can not be good. |

hotel room was clean and staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good value, secure parking , wireless internet was free in room and also free use of pc in reception to get to town was a 5 minute walk then 4 stops on metro, the area around the hotel is a bit run down but we did not encounter any problems walking back after dark |

We used this hotel because of its proximity to Fromelles. There was no refridgerator in the room. We were in a non smoking room but continuously smelt cigarette smoke. |
