We hunted and capture a large cockroach (blattaria) in our room, we delivered it to the reception and complain, so far no excuse or compensation from the hotel. Therefore our comment can not be good. |

hotel room was clean and staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good value, secure parking , wireless internet was free in room and also free use of pc in reception to get to town was a 5 minute walk then 4 stops on metro, the area around the hotel is a bit run down but we did not encounter any problems walking back after dark |

Got a great price. Hotel is on the outskirts of town but easy to get to on the metro. The area did look a bit dodgy but we never had any problems. |

I was overcharged at the hotel on my arrival. I complained and was reluctantly refunded the money Very basic. Further away from the city centre as was indicated on the webs site |

We used this hotel because of its proximity to Fromelles. There was no refridgerator in the room. We were in a non smoking room but continuously smelt cigarette smoke. |

It was in a good location to continue my trip I ended up picking up a pizza from across the street. All of the local restaurants in the area were closed. |

Just outside Lille. Secure car park. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. very clean. For a 2 star hotel and the cost it was excellent value for money. Having picked up the hotel directory we ended up staying in three more of the groups hotels. |
