Nothing. Poor English, dirty, unacceptable behaviour of the reception. Yes, we had bedbugs in our room! We found it out on the last day of our stay and wanted to complain immediately but nobody responsible was there. Once we came home, I wrote an e-mail to the managers/owners what happend. We had to go to the doctor becuase the bites were on all our bodies (and we still do not know what will be the consequences) and we have also taken series of photos as a proofs! 2 days after, Manager called me and promised to return the whole amount we paid for the stay. In a fact, they returned only amount for the last day (they substantiated it by the fact that we did not claim it first night!!! Unbelievable. This is very poor argument. They do not know nothing about the animals which they are living in that "hotel". (Bites are not visible right after, but it takes time - usually 1-2 days). Moreover, the Manager confirmed me in the phone, that they had this problem in the past and it is not still resolved.... What can I think about this? Nothing good.... They did not fulfuilll what they promised (to return the whole amount for our stay), and I approached the relevant French authorities to inform what happend. Hopefully, they will make tidiness. |

Near to Metro Asked to pay in full outstanding balance when checking in , even though it states on your booking site that payment will be made after stay at hotel . Most of reception staff were very helpful , apart from one lady who was , rude , dismissive and did not careless |

Very convenient location, close to public transport. Isolation is OK. Room was not perfectly in shape (bathroom, curtains) and we got a twin when asked for double. Still - minor things. Cost/Value for Paris was OK |

Conveniently located and passibly comfortable. Bathroom facilities good. On my arrival at 2, the room was not ready. I was told to return in an hour. The room was finally ready at 3.20 (apparently check-in is at 4). However, on the following day, after miles of walking in town, I returned to the hotel at 4 and my room had not been cleaned. I waited in the lobby for half an hour to be able to relax in my room. |

the shower was way to small and it did not drain properly. You will be in ankle deep water after a short a while. The bathroom doesn't look clean even when they clean it everyday. |

It was a 2 minute walk to the Republic Metro station and from there only about 5 stops to get downtown Paris. A few good restaurants are just right around the corner from the hotel as well which was really nice and convenient. The room was very cramped. The pillows for the bed were probably the size of rolled up bath towels. The sink dripped the entire time we were there and when we reported it to the hotel staff, they simply put a bucket underneath the sink to catch the water. The walls were like paper. We could hear everything. |

The hotel is located right next to Place de la Republique, in the heart of Paris. If you're a fan of walking like we are, then you'll probably walk to all the key sights of Paris. Our room was very clean and comfy, the water was always hot. Very quiet-we weren't disturbed by other residents, or by street noise. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to everyone!! :-) It would have been great if the heater was on longer, but still the room had a nice temperature at all times. |

A comfortable few night's sleep and a good old-fashioned bath were plus points; well located - many restaurants, cafes, nearby; close to metro. Some redecoration is required - wallpapering the bedroom most importantly, and repainting the bedroom woodwork. A better quality carpet would be a wise investment. |

Staff was good. Rooms are really in bad condition, I never seen such type of rooms in Europe. Important thing is one side of hotel rooms are better than other side. I strongly recommand ppl to avoid this hotel otherwise you will not enjoy your trip. |

Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, the lady who served breakfast was very friendly. Good location for sightseeing, metro and lots of restaurants close by yet off the main road so nice quiet hotel. Some of the fixtures needed repairing i.e the toilet seat and one of the electrical sockets were lose. |
