Room was clean , white fresh sheets, hot water, good central heating. Window in room and bathroom. Room was quiet. Near good restaurants and boulangerie. Classic french spiral staircase. |

The room was a bit shabby - but because it was clean we didn't complain. However the room across the hall from us was being repaired as the ceiling had fallen in. When we came back to the hotel in the evening, we had to step over rubble from the building work, and various other things including a sink left outside of our room, someone was also carrying out work in the room so there was extensive noise from hammering.. The shower in the room didn't work and we complained to the reception staff about both of these things. We were asked to write down our complaint which we were told would be passed to the manager of the hotel. We didn't hear from the manager before we left the hotel and received no apology for the disruption to our stay. |

The elevator never worked well and for a hotel that offered free wi-fi, they only had one ip address and it was in use most of the time. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. |

breakfast the blood on the blankets and sheets, the holes in the walls, missing drawers, leaking sink, two beds pushed together, missing drain plug, couldn't get another room, staff didn't care to help with most of the problems until we wrote a letter to the manager about our problems, couldn't get a new room |

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location in quiet street, near subway station, fresh&clean sheets and towels. Bathroom was a bit dusty here and there, one of the shower doors was broken. |

Very close to metro stations, close to restuarants. I booked a room for three people (3 single beds), but on arrival there were only 2 beds in the room. One more was later added, but it was so cramped that all the beds were touching. The bathroom had a door with a hole in it, and you were unable to shut it independently from the inside - you needed someone else to push it shut from the outside. |

Nothing really. There was mold in the bathroom. The T.V. did not work. I am not sure what the pillows really worry. The large bed was 2 single beds put together - this was not clearly stated. Other reveiws on your site commented that the hotel was w/in walking distance of major landmarks and it wasn'T. The hotel was difficult to find. It was not where I had anticipated. |

Receptionists extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable. Excellent location easily accessed by Metro & near busy plaza. Breakfast was bread served by rude staff. |

Nothing. Poor English, dirty, unacceptable behaviour of the reception. Yes, we had bedbugs in our room! We found it out on the last day of our stay and wanted to complain immediately but nobody responsible was there. Once we came home, I wrote an e-mail to the managers/owners what happend. We had to go to the doctor becuase the bites were on all our bodies (and we still do not know what will be the consequences) and we have also taken series of photos as a proofs! 2 days after, Manager called me and promised to return the whole amount we paid for the stay. In a fact, they returned only amount for the last day (they substantiated it by the fact that we did not claim it first night!!! Unbelievable. This is very poor argument. They do not know nothing about the animals which they are living in that "hotel". (Bites are not visible right after, but it takes time - usually 1-2 days). Moreover, the Manager confirmed me in the phone, that they had this problem in the past and it is not still resolved.... What can I think about this? Nothing good.... They did not fulfuilll what they promised (to return the whole amount for our stay), and I approached the relevant French authorities to inform what happend. Hopefully, they will make tidiness. |

Near to Metro Asked to pay in full outstanding balance when checking in , even though it states on your booking site that payment will be made after stay at hotel . Most of reception staff were very helpful , apart from one lady who was , rude , dismissive and did not careless |

Very convenient location, close to public transport. Isolation is OK. Room was not perfectly in shape (bathroom, curtains) and we got a twin when asked for double. Still - minor things. Cost/Value for Paris was OK |
