Very modern and very clean. Staff were accomodating of our needs and very patient with our virtual lack of French! Good value healthy breakfast even allowing for pastries. Very convenient for transport. Rooms 15,16 & 17 front right onto the tramline and main road. Would be difficult to sleep with the window open season is warm. Rooms have double glazing which offers some sound proofing but would not suit light sleepers. Air conditioning available for those who like this. |

Attractive and stylish hotel. Very nice updated and modern yet with an old world charm. Staff was kind and helpful The breakfast was a bit sparse. Though the coffe was excellent! Coming from Beaune and Dijon, the location is far from the station. |

1) Hotelkeeper was outstanding, consistently helpful and very knowledgeable about tourist activities, 2) location was excellent for city sightseeing, 3) our room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, 4) plumbing reliability was the best during our thirty day stay in Europe (far better than the three and four star hotels where we'd stayed in Tuscany, 5) free, unlimited Wi-Fi in room had strong and steady connectivity and 6) the independent room temperature controls really worked. All in all, the services and facilities were superb, and well beyond what one expects from a quite modest hotel. Lighting in room was ultramodern but somewhat inadequate for reading. Double bed felt small because we're used to a king-size bed. The breakfast was lovely and inexpensive but was too 'white' for us, as is the case for the breads in all the places we stayed on this trip. |

Good central location and within easy reach from public transportation. Kind and helpful staff. Good cleanliness. Good value for money. Room and bathroom very small. Water from shower could not be drained away fast enough, so water runs down on the lower part of the bathroom floor where there is no drainage. |

Knus, rustig, klein hotel. Vlak bij metro, trein, tram. Winkelstraten en restaurantjes om de hoek. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Gezien het feit dat wij frans spreken weet ik niet hoe het engels van ze is. |

El tranvía pasa justo por la puerta del hotel (ruidoso). Il faut renouver le sommier et le matelas. Lit très incommode. Le TRAN passe a cote de la porte de l'hôtel (bruit) |
