Die zentrale Lage, das sehr freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit. Wasserhahnen in der Dusche und der Lavabo-Siphon im Badezimmer waren nicht dicht. Dadurch hatte der Boden Wasserlacken. |

Leider hat man das Gefühl , dass die Züge direkt durch das Zimmer fahren.die Lärmbelästigung ist hoch, daher würde ich nicht wieder dort übernachten. |

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal am Empfang, zentrale Lage sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum, man hört sehr die Metro, die unter dem Hotel durchfährt und im Frühstücksraum spürt man es auch teilweise. |

Extrem freundliches Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Jeder hatte gute Englischkenntnisse, was alles erleichtert, da ich ich kein Französisch spreche. Die Dusche war undicht und Wasser lief raus. War aber nicht weiter schlimm. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, obwohl zur Straße gelegen. Kein deutsches TV-Programm im Fernsehen, im Frühstückraum geht es sehr eng zu. |

Excellent room, very modern, clean and comfortable. Very close to the Madelaine metro stop and good location near to Concorde. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, Arce, Notre Damme, Sacre Coure... Great shopping very close by. Reception staff were very helpful especially the young lady who reserved our tickets for the Moulin Rouge. If you are a light sleeper you would prefer a room on a higher floor because of the metro and general street noise. We were on 3rd floor and it was fine. |

The staff was very pleasant. The hotel was well located for some of the sightseeing in certral Paris. Close to the Louvre and gardens and to the Arch d'Triumph. It was a bit of awalk to the Latin quarter but doable. Since it was located on a busy street there was a bit of noise since we had nice weather and the windows remained opened. |

We found the staff quite helpful and the location excellent. The hotel, elevator and rooms are very small although quite normal from what we hear of Paris hotels. Had to borrow ironing facilities from the reception. |

It is close to the shopping center and makes our city trip convenient. The staff are friendly. The sound of subway is really annoying to those sensitive persons. |

The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. The Hotel is intimate and you are treated as a valued Guest not like a room number . Good breakfast . The room and the bathroom were freshly decorated and very nice . I intend to stay there again on my next trip to Paris. |

The placement, were really well located and the bed was very confortable. The personal in reception were really nice and helpful, excellent - la ubicación era excelente así como la cama que era increiblemente cómoda, en recepción el personal era encantador y atento así como te ayudaban con cualquier cuestión. The hotel service was bad, no related with the price of the room. They charged to us 2 cocacolas we didn't drink, so you have to be alert with the bill. El servicio del hotel era malo y descuidado para el precio de la habitación, además nos cobraron 2 cocacolas que no habíamos consumido, luego reclamamos y sin ningún problema pero a 6 euros cada una es para tener cuidado con la cuenta. |

Nice, clean hotel. Staff friendly, spoke good english. Room big enough, we had superior room, which included nice bathroom. Breakfast good. We did,t receive two champagne glasses promised on our arrival. However, when we asked about this issue, the staff gave us small bottle of quality champagne, which was nice. |

Clean hotel with good central location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lift too dark inside. Staff shortage at breakfast. No food left at breakfast if you arrive half an hour before the end of the breakfast period. No magazines to read in room. No proper bedside reading lamp (the lamp wakes up partner). No 'do not disturb notices' available for door. |

Friendly staff, cleanliness, willingess of staff to assist with advice. The location was good and availability of parking on street was very convenient. Charging for internet is appaling, would consider not returning simply due to this shortfall. Shower leaked and shower head too wide for shower stall. |
