Well appointed rooms of a reasonable size for Paris. Bathroom with good facilities. Staff very helpful. Looked after our luggage after we had checked out and were happy for us to rest in the bar area on our return at the end of the day before going to the station. Location is execllent - 5 minutes walk form Place de Concorde etc

Lift was not working while we were there (public holiday). Ok for us as we were 'only' on the 3rd floor - glad we were not on the 6th!

No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. The maids kept leaving the seal on the shower screen pointing outwards, so as a consequence when using the shower the bathroom floor flooded.

I preferred this hotel because of the room size. In Paris rooms are very small. When we arrived, they upgrated us to a superior room which was very very big for a Paris hotel room. The location is great. It is in the center of the city, and also in the middle of several metro/train stations.

Location for a no frills budget hotel

This is a 4 star hotel with out any facilities and vary basic accomodation. Be prepared to pay 19.00 eu per day per person for breakfast. Be prepared to pay 19.00 eu per day to watch T.V. This is vary basic accomodation in an O.K. part of Paris, don't expect 4 star accomodation, but there is carpet and a bed in the room.

Location was Great, Staff was friendly, Room was better than the other Best Western hotels in surrounding Madeline Area.

Sometimes you can feel the Metro running underground, try to get a higher floor.

Hotel was in a very good location, near metro station and walking distance to the river and very close to the department stores. Receptionists were welcoming, but not over the top. Room is small, but this is what you get almost everywhere in Paris. Overall a comfortable stay.

You can hear the metro passing below the building, but there is nothing hotel can do to avoid this. I still slept well.

Location is superb, counter staff is extremely friendly, helpful and prompt. Rooms are well-furnished according to theme. Bathrooms are equipped with towel heating rack which is a warm welcome to the chilly weather. I was surprised and pleased with the array of food served for breakfast. Rooms and breakfast corner including the toilet are so clean.

I booked 3 rooms, with 2 of it adjoining for children. The adjoining rooms are quite small and of akward shape. These rooms should be more lighted up for parents' convenience. However, the remaining room is fine! The serving staff at the breakfast area is a tad rude and unsmiling. Coffee was requested twice before they serve; after waiting for quite a while.

Hotel is in a centre of city and nicely decorated

Hotel is in a centre of city but I believe does not deserve the money paid, (off course price depends to season). Althoug nicely decorated, building and rooms are very small and a tight , and most important point is building was trembling when metro passes, almost twice per minute. It was not possible to sleep at all. (since no service received and breakfast is not included I rated as fair)

Easy location and only 2 minutes of walk distance to 3 lines of subway. Also close to the stop of Airport shuttle in Opera area.

Excellent location..close to all major attractions and metro. Secure hotel, 24 hour desk and door locked when receptionist away from desk. Breakfast at 19e seems expensive..but go for it..excellent choice and quality and probably good value when compared to local cafes. Tea/coffee facility given on request. Lovely room and very clean. Very helpful staff. Excellent hotel.

Location and spacious / comfortable rooms for a Paris hotel.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that one line of Paris metro (underground) is going through the street the hotel is located and you keep feeling as every train passes. We stayed on the 5th floor (the hotel has only 6 floors) and even then it was impossible not noticing. If you don't like a little quake and a deep sound, this is not your place. By the way, it is not only this hotel, even the bakery Paul at the end of the street (Rue Tronchet) has the same problem.

Location close to many shops, restaurants & cafes. Metro stations Staff are very helpful and pleasant

The price is too high. Internet service disconnects many times. No facilitis in the hotel like a gym, restaurant even though it is a 4 star hotel. Lobby area is so small.

The hotel is near key locations and easy to navigate to and from

that restaurant/breakfast they serve. The restaurant is tiny and the food is very poor quality. the eggs smell like rotten and that's not great for a EUR 19 breakfast. Really lack of service at the dining.
