Location was exceptional Booked a superior double room. Not "superior" in any way, rather cramped and mediocre. Room service and cleaning was atrocious; we were left 2 days without a soap, 1 day with no towels and no toilet paper, and an empty tissue box for the duration of our stay.

Great location for Opera district and access to Gare St Lazare. The metro is literally 100m from the hotel. The room was compact but had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The shower was good, no problems with pressure and the room was very clean. Hotel staff were friendly. My only complaint was the breakfast. I needed to leave at 7.30am latest which was the start time for breakfast. I asked about an ealry breakfast for 7.00am but this was not possible. The price for breakfast was also shocking €19 - 23. As I did not have it, I can't say whether it was value for money.

Location, cost effective and cleanliness. Great character to the bedrooms as well. I seem to have a lot of problems using the Wifi. Additionally the tv picture for bbc News was very blurry. Room 602.

Fantastic central location, close to metro and shops and easy access to sights. Second time to stay here, would visit again!! The bed in our room was a twin made up with a double under sheet and quilt, not ideal for a couple!

The rooms are done perfectly well to make your stay comfortable. Tea Pot for making tea was difficult to find which is not normal when you want to have a cup of tea before night.

The staff was friendly and well-informed. The hotel is centrally located to the tourist attractions we were most interested in seeing. The room had a very modern design and was in excellent condition. The breakfast provided was very good and included in the price of the room. Room was small.

Location. In general staff were not pleasant? For example- upon arrival I was told that I would be taking my luggage up to my room, no offer of help. Other times staff were brusque and off-hand.

Not good value for money. 310 Euros without breakfast for a 3 star where the shower did not work, the bathroom was horrible, you hit the bed when you opened the door. No WiFi and terrible man at reception. Typical poor quality over priced Paris hotel. Not worth more than 150 Euros. Expected better from Best Western.

Very quiet hotel yet in a central location - a short walk to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette and also to Madelaine and Place de la Concorde. Within easy reach of metro stations and also within walking distance of the Opera - very handy for the roissy bus transfer from CDG airport. We stayed at this hotel before for a single night and were now returning for a longer stay - enjoyed the whole trip. Cost of breakfast but there were a number of places within a few minutes work supplying breakfast for less than half the price. We don't have a large breakfast so no matter what amount is offered for the price 19 euros pp is excessive for us.

Great location to shopping, dining, metro station and sightseeing. My main complaint is the front desk clerk upon checking in. She was on her cell phone the entire time, totally unprofessional. Provided us no information on check out time, breakfast, location of the elevator, wi-fi. She handed us a key and looked at us as if we were crazy when we inquired what room the key she handed us was for. Called back down to her once in the room, she wouldnt give me the freecwi-fi password, had to go back downstairs to find her still on the phone while she dealt with my wi-fi pw.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and nicely decorated, the bathroom was also a good size and clean. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly, it is in an excellent location with plenty of shops around, easy access to the metro and you can easily walk to a lot of attractions in Paris. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from, but if you wish to have breakfast on site, it was available. Airconditioning worked well when required, windows are well insulatored from traffic noise and the internet access was good as well. Highly recommend the hotel.

nathalie, the manager, and sonia, asst. mgr, were very sweet and helpful. all the staff were overall quite nice. and great breakfasts. it's pretty costly for the size of the room, but for the location, service, and overall cleanliness, it's the best bargain i was able to find--especially during fashion weeks.

The rooms were refurbished. Very clean. Spacious for a Paris hotel. Well insulated. Quiet. Our beds were 2 singles pushed together, which I appreciate some people will like, but not I. They were very comfortable. Elevator is very small.
