レセプションの対応が大変親切である。パリの中心にあるホテルとは思えない家庭的な雰囲気のスタッフ。 低層階（宿泊したのは１階）は地下鉄の音、振動が気になる。 |

立地はいいが、バスタブはなく、表示に偽りがあり、部屋はとても狭かった。親友にも申し訳なく、新婚さんに悪かった。 バスタブのクレームは受け入れられず、おまけに親友の貴重品金庫が開かなくなり、それが一晩中かかり翌日の飛行機に間に合わなくなりそうでレンタカーで一緒に行く予定を変更してタクシーで行った。貸金庫の対応は24時間体制であるべき。朝7時30分からしか対応しないのは、もし早朝便であればすべてがキャンセルになるところだった。 |

非常に便利なところにあり、Shoppingをするにもプランタンが徒歩数分、フォッションに行くのも数分、地下鉄の駅も数分でいけるのでどこへ行くのも便利。部屋もRenewalされておりとてもきれいなので、お勧めです。到着時入口が工事中だったため、ほんとうにここ？と思いましたが・・・ |

Clean, quiet, very small room in back. On the fifth floor, we heard only a slight rumble from subway below hotel. Hotel location was very convenient for walking to many sights and shopping. Staff cooperative. Breakfast, while expensive, was tastefully displayed and adequate. We reserved the less expensive room in back. Found it to be so very small that we were hard pressed to open our carryon luggage. Larger luggage would have been impossible to either open or store. Otherwise, we had no complaints. |

The rooms were comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the central location in Paris mad it an ideal base for my business trip. I would have liked a bar in the hotel. |

The location was great .It is between Galleria lafayette and Madelaine The rooms were small. A superior room can't barely fit 2 persons.I think it was over priced. then we got another superior room it was a lot bigger. Then it was comfortable.Since it was on the main road you can hear the train pass and the street noise. The interior looked like a girly bar, red and black with green lights 24 hours |

The location of the hotel. Also staff was helpfull. We got a quiet room as requested, although it was the smallest room in the hotel. Still ok for a city trip when you don't spend a lot of time in the room. |

The room was of very high quality and very comfortable. Only complaint was the metro made the entire building rumble from the trains - but only a minor drawback. |

Very frendly personell, very clean room and finally good location. The breakfast room was in the basement, although well decorated, I would like it to have day light. I would still stay again in this hotel, during my next stop in Paris, irespective of it. |

The staff and manager vere very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was sufficient,basic;and tasty.bathroom was nice. rooms were a bit small.twin single beds moved easily and were uncomfortable for 2 persons.no concierge |

Friendliness of staff and location was excellent. The hotel was also very clean. The breakfast area was very small and the one lift in the hotel was out of operation for 3days of the 5days we stayed there. |

Location was excellent ... very easy access to metro, restaurants, shopping. Good breakfast spread and the staff was helpful. The door seals weren't tight enough so everytime you took a shower the water leaked into the bathroom floor. There was no drain so the only way to remove the water was to use the bath mat and towels to wipe it dry. |

Very nice fully renovated hotel at excellent location. Airconditioning not available in winter and can't open windows at night due to traffic in front of hotel. Airco should be available. |

The situation (between La Madeleine and Galeries Lafayette, nearly Place Vendôme) was really appreciated. The infrastructure (Japanese trend) of the Hotel and the staff service was exactly in line with what we were searching for and what we could expect of a 4 star hotel. |
