Tudo muito limpo e muito novo,banheiro impecavel,localização exelente

Localização, porém o preço é elevado e não condiz com os serviços. A porta do box estava defeituosa e deixava molhar todo o banheiro durante o banho, não foi consertado apesar dos inúmeros pedidos, tampouco trocamos de quarto.

Excellent room, very modern, clean and comfortable. Very close to the Madelaine metro stop and good location near to Concorde. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, Arce, Notre Damme, Sacre Coure... Great shopping very close by. Reception staff were very helpful especially the young lady who reserved our tickets for the Moulin Rouge.

If you are a light sleeper you would prefer a room on a higher floor because of the metro and general street noise. We were on 3rd floor and it was fine.

We found the staff quite helpful and the location excellent.

The hotel, elevator and rooms are very small although quite normal from what we hear of Paris hotels. Had to borrow ironing facilities from the reception.

The placement, were really well located and the bed was very confortable. The personal in reception were really nice and helpful, excellent - la ubicación era excelente así como la cama que era increiblemente cómoda, en recepción el personal era encantador y atento así como te ayudaban con cualquier cuestión.

The hotel service was bad, no related with the price of the room. They charged to us 2 cocacolas we didn't drink, so you have to be alert with the bill. El servicio del hotel era malo y descuidado para el precio de la habitación, además nos cobraron 2 cocacolas que no habíamos consumido, luego reclamamos y sin ningún problema pero a 6 euros cada una es para tener cuidado con la cuenta.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff friendly, spoke good english. Room big enough, we had superior room, which included nice bathroom. Breakfast good.

We did,t receive two champagne glasses promised on our arrival. However, when we asked about this issue, the staff gave us small bottle of quality champagne, which was nice.

Clean hotel with good central location. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Lift too dark inside. Staff shortage at breakfast. No food left at breakfast if you arrive half an hour before the end of the breakfast period. No magazines to read in room. No proper bedside reading lamp (the lamp wakes up partner). No 'do not disturb notices' available for door.

Clean, quiet, very small room in back. On the fifth floor, we heard only a slight rumble from subway below hotel. Hotel location was very convenient for walking to many sights and shopping. Staff cooperative. Breakfast, while expensive, was tastefully displayed and adequate.

We reserved the less expensive room in back. Found it to be so very small that we were hard pressed to open our carryon luggage. Larger luggage would have been impossible to either open or store. Otherwise, we had no complaints.

The location was great .It is between Galleria lafayette and Madelaine

The rooms were small. A superior room can't barely fit 2 persons.I think it was over priced. then we got another superior room it was a lot bigger. Then it was comfortable.Since it was on the main road you can hear the train pass and the street noise. The interior looked like a girly bar, red and black with green lights 24 hours
